Based in Vegas and travel SF once a quarter
Main home is in Las Vegas)
Monday though Friday remote and in home, 9am 6pm with flex as needed for dinner parties once or twice month as well as travel (travel is about once a month).

Lovely family with a young child(en) seeks a hard-working, highly organized house manager / family / personal assistant to join their new home based in Las Vegas.
They also have a residence in San Francisco that you will be asked to manage. This position requires someone who is a problem solver, takes initiative, plans ahead, and goes the extra mile.
Ideal person must be pleasant, enjoy being of service, much like that of a concierge, ensuring that all needs are met for the family.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a high-profile family and grow a diverse skill set. MUST be OPEN to travel to San Francisco as needed before and after the principal has been in residence, manage the main home in Las Vegas as well astral with clients to their vacation homes / rentals to prepare the homes.
You may travel back and forth depending on how long they are on their trip. Please be dog friendly (hypo allergenic)
Major Responsibilities Duties would include but aren’t limited to :
Household
Ensure smooth and orderly operation of a private household
Hire, train, and manage household staff as needed
Maintain all aspects of home i.e. maintenance schedule, managing vendors and sourcing new vendors
Conduct research, assemble data, and prepare reports
Maintain inventory systems for food / supplies ordering and organization
Update staff schedules, duties, and contact information
Create and update household bible keeping detailed notes of changes, passcodes and pertinent information
Automobile maintenance (fuel, wash, service)
Monthly accounting : bill paying, CC statement categorization, staff payroll Family
Schedule appointments, make restaurant reservations, complete returns
Update contacts, gift buying, send hostess gifts
Maintain the family’s busy, ever-changing personal and professional calendar
Plan, organize and seamlessly orchestrate small to large events
Travel research and booking, keeping lists for restaurants of frequently visited locales
Coordinate annual vacation home rentals
Job Requirements
Reliable, honest, and trustworthy

Strong communication and organizational skills
English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
Word processing and computer skills i.e. Microsoft suite, Google Drive
Tech Savvy can troubleshoot A / V equipment, update Apple products, operate Crestron system
Car, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and safe driving history
Authorization to work in the U.S

Part Time Personal Assistant for UHNW Client in West Lake Area
20 Hours a week to start with flexibility for more hours if available
$35 $40 an hour DOE

MUST be TECH savvy, PC computer able and can work on premises

A lovely and vibrant client with 2 homes in Westlake (one currently being built) and one in Malibu seeks an experienced executive / personal assistant and house manager.
The ideal person is accustomed to working with a very busy person and managing a diverse / variety of day to day needs and special project management.
The day to day duties can include but are not limited :
Daily task management; schedule appointments, calendar management, local errands, online shopping, returns
Conduct research for personal and business for all areas
Source and coordinate travel arrangements / create travel itineraries / research trips, wardrobe pack / unpack
Liaise with household staff and work with existing vendors
Act as concierge for reservations for restaurants and special events, purchasing gifts for personal and business
Coordinate special events / parties : Liaising with special event firms / caterer / venue research, vendor coordination, negotiate contracts, guest management
Manage credit card and travel points for travel
