Job Description :

This position will be a supporting role for Digital finance. Duties include, but are not limited to, revenue recognition, maintaining third-party contractual compliance and ad hoc financial projects.

This position reports directly to the Associate Director of Digital Finance. Processing third party account transaction files into company systems.

Review reported data for accuracy and completeness. Review of data load into the sales system, creating corresponding journal entries to record revenue.

Review and reconciliation of the data created from digital sales processor with downstream systems. Resolution of transaction file issues with third party accounts.

Maintain third party reporting and payment status report. New partner onboarding. Review and clearance of suspense transactions resulting from inaccurate data submissions from third party digital accounts.

Management and label reporting of digital revenue. Review third-party contracts for compliance and entry into contract database.

Communication with third-party companies regarding all issues of compliance. Support audit requests, forecasting and planning. Support user testing.

Qualifications :

• Pay rate $37.16
• Bachelors degree w / emphasis in Finance / Accounting
• Financial analysis experience
• Reconciliation, forecasting, variance analysis
• Excel skills including use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, and worksheet functions
• SAP experience is a plus not required
• Music / entertainment industry is a plus not required

Job Description :

• Seeking a Designer who has a passion for creating award-winning work and is an excellent conceptual / strategic thinker, as well as a natural collaborator and storyteller, to join client’s in-house agency.
• Our ideal candidate has exceptional brand and design skills in all things digital, such as interactive banners, social media, email campaigns, presentations, consumer journeys and brand campaigns, including still and motion-based executions.
• Responsible for concepting and executing on a wide range of creative projects including but not limited to national advertising campaigns, brand identity development and campaigns, corporate events, email campaigns, social media, banner ads, environmental design, presentations, and website design.
• Collaborate with art directors, creative directors, graphic designers, proofreaders, animators, videographers, photographers, 3D designers, digital designers, content strategists, front-end developers and / or additional outside vendors as required as they relate to a project.
• Follow a creative brief and work with account managers and project managers to ensure assignment is clearly outlined and estimated.
• Understand strategic marketing initiatives and campaign strategies.
• Question client / marketing strategy when it doesn’t align with market research, follow the creative brief, or meet the needs of the consumer.
• Conduct and participate in creative reviews.
• Follow budgets, timelines, and internal processes for each project.
• Work expeditiously on a high volume of projects with constantly changing deadlines.
• Make sure all objectives are being met and that work is error-free.
• Offer new ideas for creative processes and collaboration.

Qualifications :

• Professional advertising agency experience and / or work within an in-house creative team
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, Workfront)
• Proficient in UX / UI programs such as Sketch, Figma and InVision
• HTML 5, CSS and ActionScript experience a plus but not required
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Innovative and out-of-the-box conceptual thinking
• In-depth knowledge of, and experience in, creating and developing brand identity
• Excellent presentation skills

• Lead or contribute to equipment, utility, facility improvement projects (e.g., energy efficiency, productivity, environmental compliance, maintenance).
• Support internal and external audits.
• Implement GOPs.

Qualifications :

• Validation and Commissioning experience on manufacturing equipment.
• 5 years of applicable expereince.
