Job Description
Operations projects
Managing and organizing Google Drive folders and files to ensure that all documents are current and correctly filed
Completing Google Drive related projects, such as compiling hiring tests, creating Google Forms, and updating Standard Operating Procedures as needed
Creating, initiating, and overseeing Enrichery internship program for Houston-area college students
Ensuring our staff planning is accurate; coordinating with recruiter to guide hiring goals
Accounting and invoicing
Running bimonthly payroll for all employees
Ensuring invoicing accuracy and adhering to time sensitive billing deadlines
Overseeing company and individual office budgets
Recruiting tasks
Managing recruiter for Academic Coach positions through regular communication and weekly meetings
Hiring for full time office employee positions
Onboarding and training
Coordinating new hire orientation and training dates; ensuring all steps are completed for new hires before each scheduled training to ensure smooth onboarding
Providing employees with benefits enrollment information and liaising with benefits vendors with regard to any time sensitive eligibility information and / or issues
Creating and sending new hire offer letters; adding new hires to QuickBooks
Job Details :
Thorough training including opportunities to shadow over a 2+ week period.
Weekly involvement in operations meetings to brainstorm initiatives and troubleshoot any current challenges.

Requirements
Hours are 9 : 30-5 : 30pm Monday-Friday in office

Requirements
- Promoting The Enrichery’s culture and values throughout every aspect of the hiring process Assisting with facilitation of new hire onboardings;
- keeping training resources up to date Carefully considering and adhering to the confidential and / or time sensitive manner of hiring and onboarding processes Checking in on current employees (especially newer hires) to ensure right fit while assessing potential for growth into other roles;
- displaying an investment in growing and professionally developing our current staff Staying up to date with current hiring trends, resources, and opportunities;
keeping up with hiring practices of local competitors to better understand what else our applicants may be considering Working hours are in our office on Monday through Friday from 10am to 6pm.
There may be an occasional need to adjust weekday hours or work during the weekend in the event of hiring events (such as career fairs) or new employee onboardings occurring outside of standard working hours .
Hybrid work structure possible for candidates with substantial recruiting experience.
