Our headquarters are in San Diego, CA. The payrate for this position is from $24 / hr - $27 / hr. Responsibilities The Social Media Specialist is responsible for heightening brand awareness, and increasing customer traffic and sales by building strong and diverse social media engagement.

The Social Media Specialist creates content and engages in the social conversation across all channels / platforms, and coordinates all day-to-day social activities including posting, creating content, and interacting.

Support marketing and business operations leaders by providing timely and incisive reports, briefs, competitive overviews, and metric reports.

The candidate will be required to perform, but not limited to, the following : Oversee day-to-day social media presence and calendar including, but not limited to : Writing editorial / social copy, creating graphics and visual content.

Engage the community by writing and responding with clear and professional written and visual messages. Ensure all content is consistent with branding, positioning, voice, and messaging.

Assists with the development of comprehensive social media programs that support the company strategy by increasing brand visibility and traffic to social platforms.

Manage community relationships by monitoring, listening and responding. Utilize software tools and real time chat / DMs to communicate.

Actively monitor channels for key issues and post timely updates. Monitors the social media activities of competitors. Develop content for multiple business units across a variety of channels including : LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Yelp!, etc Increase engagement, followers, and sign-ups.

Manage organic social media and content calendars. Promotes the utilization of new and relevant social media methods into the Company’s marketing culture.

Utilizes all available analytics to measure the effectiveness of the company’s social media messages and overall footprint Track and measure success of programs.

Communicate results and provide recommendations for future programs. Leverage messaging, content, promotions, and press, to build earned media presence.

Participates in the ideation, development, and execution of marketing campaigns. Responsible for supporting other marketing efforts as assigned.

Qualifications 1+ years of related corporate social media management experience required Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field required Ability to work with design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.

Strong copywriting skills pertaining to social media posts Content management and analytics tools experience Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.

Extensive knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and other relevant social media networks Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as AgoraPulse, Hootsuite, and HubSpot Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites An in-depth knowledge of varied social media platforms and analytics from a corporate perspective is required.

Relevant experience in determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention Excellent overall communication skills with the ability to engage varied demographics.

We are a family-owned, essential business, looking for an excellent Customer Service Representative, to join our growing team in San Diego! Hours : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm The hourly pay rate for this position is $20-$24.

00 / hr depending on experience Duties and Responsibilities : Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or online chat to provide support and information on services.

Collects and enters orders for new or additional services. Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative’s knowledge, forwards to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.

Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns. Maintains customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications : Two (2) years’ experience in strong administrative and customer service skills.

Including, answering phones, typing activities, data entry, reviewing and validating customer documentation. Transportation and moving experience is a plus.
