Our client is searching for a Personal Assistant to join a dynamic team that is in place to support a private family-based Northern Houston.

This role will serve as an additional assistant to the principals, and work in tandem with a Personal Assistant (PA1), to share the responsibility as key point of contact for all personal matters.

This shared responsibility will be a liaison between the principals and associates, will assist as the calendar gatekeeper, travel logistics coordinator, and help support the family in all areas of their lifestyle.

The PA is a collaborative position and will work closely with the household team to anticipate and be responsive to the family and their guest’s needs.

The ideal candidate will be experienced providing hands on personal service in a fast paced environment, where multiple homes are present, and rapid response required.

Responsibilities- Schedule / manage personal service providers for family members Arrange dog support service vendors-Vet Tech, Trainer, Walker-as needed Source and shop for family’s personal items Arrange all aspects of special personal events Assist with food and pantry inventory Purchase and management of items needed for travel Run errands upon request.

Research transportation options for events and while travelling, upon request. Our client is based on the UES and is searching for a formally trained chef who prioritizes the family’s health goals. The Chef will be responsible for preparing healthy organic meals for a family of 6, procuring top ingredients, keeping the kitchen clean and maintaining an organized pantry.

Chef should have a positive attitude, enjoy collaborating with family, and comfortable working with a large team. Chef should also be comfortable working with a busy household and be child friendly.

Sample of Responsibilities : Prepare high quality, nourishing health-conscious meals Procure top quality ingredients, prioritizing local and / or organic ingredients.

This may include visiting farmer’s markets, specialty stores, or researching online sources Serve meals, set tables, and occasionally bartend when needed Create and review menus with the principal Arrange and oversee caterers and staff for larger functions as needed Maintain kitchen and pantry inventory (i.

e. liquor, pantry goods, small appliances, utensils, etc.) Provide healthy staff meals daily and / or organize a take-out order Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, pantry, breakfast room, cabinets, and appliances.

This includes deep cleaning, pantry organization and silver polishing Assist children in the kitchen (i.e. teaching them simple baking tasks and allowing them to help with simple food preparation) Ad hoc support for the household such as answering deliveries, telephone, etc.

Qualifications 5+ years working as a head or executive chef in fine dining or private residences 10+ years in the culinary industry, cooking professionally Prior success creating and executing seasonally-based menus, utilizing local produce and seasonal items Experience sourcing high-quality goods and produce Ability to operate with high discretion Open to relocation for New York natives wishing to return to the area.
