Our mission is to provide our customers with an incredible international BBQ experience and help them create unforgettable memories with their friends and family through the love of barbecue.
The #BBQinabowl is 100% gluten-free with options available for everyone.

ABOUT THE JOB
Whether it’s helping you pair the perfect wine with the perfect steak or bringing you a cold beer while you shop, our Attendant’s main focus is to help maximize our guest’s experience! They require an extensive knowledge of all retail items including proteins, spices / seasonings, sauces, fine wines, craft beers, and apparel, and help our guests make educated shopping decisions.
Get rewarded for what you sell : Attendants earn commission on select items they help a customer purchase in our boutique!
THE BASICS
- Must be an ambassador of The BBQ Boutique and our core values
- Earn commission on selling select boutique items
- Serve alcoholic drinks to customers in retail and dining
- Guide customers to make decisions on products
- Offer samples to customers in lobby area
- Take notice of low inventory Items
- Maintain cleanliness of store lobby

PRE-REQUISITES
- 18 years of age or older
- Be engaging, friendly, and respectful
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Some sales experience
- Be coachable and able to work both independently and with a team
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
- Be able to tolerate potential food allergens
