POSITION SUMMARY :

Under general guidance, participates in the continuous, safe, and efficient operations and / or maintenance of an assigned functional area.

Provides training to others through day-to-day contact. Provides technical advice and counsel for difficult projects. Prioritizes, directs, monitors, and evaluates security workload of a particular area or facility within the organization.

Participates in monitoring controls and administers to the employee population and general public to achieve maximum business results relating to overall performance, cost efficiency and reliability.

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Must be certified with the Indiana Law Enforcement Academy (ILEA)

2. Must maintain the Federal Firearms Qualification annually

3. Minimum of 3 years’ experience with a law enforcement agency

4. Well-developed planning, organizing, interpersonal and communication skills

5. Highly organized self-sufficient self-starter

6. Must complete and pass all HR requirements including medical / criminal background / drug testing / BMV

7. To be considered for this position, a candidate must either be an active or retired law enforcement officer

8. Must be able to use a computer, navigate computer applications including but not limited to physical access systems, security cameras, time keeping, incident reporting program and email

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Assist in ensuring the safety and security of employees, customers, contractors, and assets by patrolling facilities, controlling physical access, responding to incidents and alarms, coordinating initial crisis management response, preparing internal reports, assisting employees with unruly individuals.

2. Act as liaison between the company and law enforcement.

3. Communicate activities and incidents with the Intelligence Security Operations Center (iSOC) and management.

4. Adhere to company policies and procedures that include participating in company-mandated training sessions such as annual training and certification in Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP), pursuant to federal mandates.

5. Manage the shift schedule for Security Officers at the assigned location.

QUALIFICATIONS :

Must have high school diploma or GED. Broad experience, formal schooling and / or extensive training in metal arc and gas welding application and procedures will be given preference.

Must be able to read, interpret and work from blue prints and sketches. Must study, practice and become qualified welder, within 6 months of onboarding.

Must be able to work in high places and confined spaces. Must be able to pass the Edison Electric Institute (EEI) MASS Test in addition to the preliminary written and hands on welding tests.

All other general qualifications such as physical fitness, aptitude tests, attendance, punctuality, safety and performance records will be considered.

Additional consideration will be given for the following job-related training or experience :

Classroom training in the fundamentals of metal arch or gas welding metallurgy. Previous experience in metal arc or gas welding.

Working knowledge of metallurgy as applied to power plant equipment Any other qualifications contributing to the applicant’s ability to do the job

PRIMARY DUTIES :

Repair, rebuild, lay out and fabricate metal parts, shapes and objects for all mechanical and electrical equipment, facilities and devices requiring the use of arc or gas welding processes necessary to maintain safe, continuous and efficient operation.

Performs duties such as :

  • Pressure welding on pressure vessels and piping requiring the passing of performance qualification tests as established by Company procedures that comply with the current State of Indiana Rules and Regulations for Boilers and Unfired Pressure Vessels, as governed by Section IX, ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code on welding qualifications.
  • Burning, fusing, aligning, placing, repairing, chipping, cleaning, preparing and installing metal parts, shapes, pipe and objects requiring the use of arc, gas, tig or mig welding processes;
  • setting up and laying out metal plates, shapes, pipe and objects preparatory to welding; preheating according to established standards to prevent stresses that would otherwise accumulate during the welding operation;
  • post-heating according to established standards to relieve residual stresses due to the welding operation;
  • Cutting metals with oxy-acetylene, plasma or arc welding equipment;
  • Selecting the proper weld rod and flux for the metal to be welded; working from blueprints, sketches, field measurements and specifications;
  • duplicating and building up parts, shapes and objects; being familiar with the properties of various metals;
  • Operating numerous types of power and hand tools including saws, grinders, shears and breaks;
  • Performing general mechanical maintenance, construction and other related work, when not welding, as assigned

In addition to the Primary Duties listed above, the employee may be called upon to perform other work as circumstances require.

The Project Finance Group is looking for an Associate to join the team. Key responsibilities of this role include financial modeling of debt and tax equity, assisting deal teams in successfully satisfying conditions precedent to financial closings, and supporting the manager through all stages of the capital raising process.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

Extensive financial modeling in Microsoft Excel providing quantitative assessment of optimal debt and tax equity structures.

Prepare marketing materials for debt and tax equity request for proposals for indicative economic terms.

Assist manager in negotiation of market leading financing structures by providing financial analysis.

Provide data and coordinate with appraiser, independent engineer, insurance, transmission consultants, and other third parties on project financings.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in managing construction financing draws.

Assist manager in pre and / or post-closing interest rate hedging responsibilities.

Desired Experience and Skills :

1-3 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, M&A, or similar position, with preference given to renewable-specific and / or transaction-focused experience.

Must have experience working in complex financial models.

Diligent and detailed oriented; able to deliver consistently accurate results from complex modeling exercises.

Excellent verbal and communication skills; able to concisely communicate results to internal and external counterparts.

Extensive knowledge and capabilities to work in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
