As a Bartender, you will be responsible for verifying age requirements, knowing alcohol pairing and tastes, knowing how to make traditional and classy drinks, processing payments, managing inventory, and cleaning bar supplies.

You will also be responsible for handling food orders directly from customers or the wait staff, informing customers of any specials, ensuring food and beverage compliance, restocking bar inventory, deciding on menu items, and managing the overall bar operations.

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations

As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items and menu items in accordance with company standards and guidelines.

Cooks are also responsible for providing a pleasurable dining experience for customers by preparing high-quality food. This usually means managing all aspects of food preparation and production in an environment that meets sanitation guidelines.

Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.
