Working directly for Textio's co-founder and Chief Experience Officer, you'll lead the design of Textio's marketing content and brand identity from concept to delivery.

You'll work closely with our marketing, product, sales, and customer success teams to create compelling, original content with a strong focus on conversion.

  • Crafting attention-grabbing, fabulous social media content, videos, and data visualizations that get people interested in Textio's products and mission
  • Collaborating with folks on the marketing team to develop, iterate, and share design concepts and content
  • Creating high-quality materials to support sales, recruiting, and press outreach efforts including industry reports, e-books, swag, presentations, and more

This is a great role for you if :

  • You have at least 5 years design experience working in the B2B space (in an agency working with B2B clients is fine!)
  • You love bringing data-driven insights to the content design process
  • You come with imagination and aren't afraid to share your perspectives
  • You enjoy working independently; once you learn the context and business objectives for a piece, you're comfortable starting to design
  • You have a track record of successfully delivering integrated campaign content, optimizing user experience for the desired call to action
  • You are organized, and can maintain design systems and libraries to support the needs of cross-functional teams
