Description :

Servers will provide exceptional personalized experiences to every guest every time. The main responsibility of a server is to extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that is provided to each of our guests.

The Server is responsible for providing an overall exceptional guest experience to help maintain and attract new guests.

It is important that the Server can effectively demonstrate these standards, policies and procedures. The Server must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction, maintain excellent service standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Providing exceptional guest service
  • Responsible to meet all Health Department regulations and maintain standards
  • Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
  • Assist team members if needed
  • Any and all other responsibilities given within the scope of the job description

Qualifications :

  • 2 to 3 years of serving experience preferred in a fast paced, high-volume restaurant
  • Must demonstrate honesty and integrity inside and outside the workplace
  • Ability to obtain and maintain food handler’s certification card
  • Must be able to lift 45 lbs
  • Excellent customer service skills

POSITION OVERVIEW :

A successful Slot Project Technician will be able to execute projects and tasks in a timely manner with the utmost accuracy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary :

  • Install, relocate, convert and remove slot machines and associated equipment from Taverns, Convenience Stores, Grocery Stores and Casinos
  • Install locks, player tracking and set machine options on all slot machines.
  • Run and terminate CAT-6 and Fiber lines.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on all slot machines
  • Diagnose and repair slot machine components and associated equipment.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

  • Three years (3) of Slot Technician or similar experience required
  • Practical knowledge of slot machine repair, hardware, software and other components.
  • Basic understanding of slot install process
  • Previous experience with Konami Synkros player tracking preferred
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks at once
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays on a rotational basis

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
