EMSVO Credentialing required within the first 3 months of hire date. FP-C or CCP-C Credentialing required within 2 years of hire date.

NRP and ATLS or ATCN Credentialing required within 1 year of hire date. Must meet height requirement equal to or less than 6'5' and weight requirement equal to or less than 220lbs without flight gear / uniform.

Description

Serves as the initial contact person at a medical practice, responsible for assuring an excellent patient experience at the front desk and while in the reception area.

This role is principally responsible for all front desk and intake-related activities. Responsibilities include greeting and screening patients for potential emergency situations in a service oriented and professional manner, answering phones, monitoring the reception area for patient comfort and potential emergencies, registering patients and submitting charges.

Performs a wide variety of clerical office functions. Answers telephones, provides information and schedules appointments.
