JOB DESCRIPTION

Works as a support system to the PR team during the summer and fall timeframe

Works as a support system to the PR team relative to all activation and event related logistics : onsite support, gifting initiatives, product fulfillment liaison, and invitee list support as needed.

Support in creating recap decks that include event highlights, social, and media impressions for distribution to team

Support in media monitoring, press placement tracking & impressions

Support with compiling assets for press requests and internal partners : product imagery, fact sheets, launch information etc.

Support product pulls for editorial, influencer & VIP styling requests : including in-store product pulls and online product ordering & tracking

Supports Brand Gifting / Seeding

Packaging & personalization logistics, product pulling, notecard creation, shipment / fulfillment & additional administrative tasks for giftings

Acts as a collaborative liaison to all internal partners, supporting strong, trusting relationships and communication flow

Support with distribution of assets and comms to International partners, and help assist as onsite support for global PR media initiatives in the summer & fall timeframe

Proactively strategizes, trouble shoots and consistently creates solutions where needed

Job Description :

Plans, coordinates and performs manufacturing engineering work for a project or process of limited scope. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work to support personnel, including contractors.

Work plans and decisions are typically made within the established guidelines and reviewed by others.

Duties :

Provides support and basic trouble shooting for current operations. Investigates, gathers and analyze data for specifically assigned, recurring tasks.

Establishes routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and / or new parts or programs of limited scope.

Identifies and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of limited scope. Works with electronic tools to perform engineering functions.

Develops and implements plans of limited scope to support lean manufacturing through the Deere Production System.

Designs operations layouts to improve material flow and material presentation.

Participates in team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity and efficiency.

Implements new manufacturing processes and technology.

Modifies existing performance pay plans; assists in development of baseline data for new wage performance pay plans.

Working with ME team to implement processes and procedures for new equipment.

Examples : operation method sheets, preventative maintenance documentation, setting up spare parts to be stocked (identify and set up in SAP).

More on the administrative side of Engineering than hands-on.

MUST be self-motivated and have experience with Microsoft Office (Excel especially).

ALSO WILL STAND OUT if the candidate has previous manufacturing engineering experience creating processes and procedures.

All degrees in Engineering welcomed, but not required.

2-5 years of experience supporting Help Desk tickets.

Responsibilities :

Provide customer support for desktops, laptops, email, VPN, connectivity, hardware, printing, etc. in a fast-paced corporate help desk environment.

This involves logging calls into the problem tracking system and resolving 1st level and some 2nd level incidents as well as analyzing problems for routing to appropriate backline support if necessary.

Will work with backline teams and operations to prevent problems, facilitate problem resolution, and provide overall outstanding customer service.

Must have strong Customer Service skills, along with strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsible for software and hardware support.

Provides technical advice, guidance and informal training to customers using hardware and software programs.

Troubleshoots and restores routine technical service and equipment problems by analyzing, identifying and diagnosing faults and symptoms using established processes and procedures.

Performs root cause analysis and develops checklists for typical problems. Recommends procedures and controls for problem prevention.

Maintains knowledge database and call tracking database to enhance quality of problem resolutions.

Works in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others with calls.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Creative Designer to join our team on a contract basis.

The candidate must have a passion for design, possess excellent creative skills and be able to create visually appealing and engaging digital assets for emails, website, and app that drive the customer through their lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

Create visually appealing and engaging designs for emails, website, and app

Develop and implement innovative design concepts that meet business objectives

Create design assets that meet brand guidelines and standards

Collaborate with project managers and developers to ensure deadlines are met

Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members throughout the design process

Ensure all deliverables are of high quality and meet client expectations

Work independently and take initiative on creative projects

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
