Duties and Responsabilities :
- Reporting to management and performing administrative duties.
- Answering telephone calls, as well as screening and forwarding calls.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments, meetings, and events.
- Handling basic inquiries and sorting mail.
- Copying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Monitoring office supplies and ordering replacements.
- Performing other administrative tasks, if required.
Skills :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills

We are looking to hire a experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The Administrative Assistant will thrive in a fast-paced office environment demonstrating strong analytical, oral / written communication, problem-solving, research, and time management skills.
You will provide daily on-site administrative support to the unit employees.
Duties and Responsabilities :
Answer and direct phone calls and emails
Manage calendars and schedule appointments
Prepare and distribute internal and external correspondence
Process and file expense reports and invoices
Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills
Ability to use word processing applications and document management software with a minimum typing speed of 60 wpm
Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping
Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability
