We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing organization and work with the Marketing Team at our Home Office in Dallas, TX.

This position will be responsible for SEO, paid search / social, and marketing analytics across our portfolio of marinas.

Job Functions

• This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining meaningful marketing analytics and visualizations, SEO for websites, execution of paid search and paid social campaigns, and optimizing listings in YEXT.
• Specific functions include : Develop analytics and regular reporting on : Revenue and impacts from marketingCircle of Boating trends and marketing resultsWebsite trafficPaid search / social resultsSEO resultsSocial media posting and resultsManage initial and ongoing SEO for marina websitesManage all paid search and paid social execution, in coordination with regional marketing specialistsManage YEXT listings and content
• Collaborate effectively across multiple teams, departments, and individuals to ensure campaign executions are meeting stated goals and needs and reporting is meaningful and actionable.
• Take ownership of results and track continual improvement in SEO, Paid search / social, and analytics processes.

Qualification

• College Degree, required Preferred Major is marketing, public relations, or advertising.
• Experience with commercial website SEO, paid search, paid social, marketing analytics, and conversion optimization strategies.
• Tech savvy with experience working with major website and enterprise social media platforms, a whiz at Excel, and a thorough understanding of Google search and Google Analytics.
• Passionately curious and not afraid to ask the right questions to capture essential angles and details.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong work ethic is required.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant work experience at an agency or in a corporate setting.

The Security is responsible for carrying out security tasks for the marina. The Security’s primary responsibility is safety.

Every task at the marina from ensuring the marina is safe by patrolling the property and prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions.

The Security personnel projects a professional company image through all types of interaction. As this is a fast pace environment, must be able to work under pressure.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.

2. Performs regular, daily rounds of assigned buildings and docks

3. Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures

4. Performs opening and closing job duties

5.Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.

6.Protect the company's assets relative to theft, assault, fire and other safety issues

7. Maintains awareness of safety issues and reports them immediately to supervisor

8. Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS :

1. Proven work experience as a security guard or relevant position

2. Must have a positive attitude

3. Ability to operate detecting systems and emergency equipment

4. Must have highly effective communication skills and time management skills

5. Must be able to maintain a calm, positive attitude during periods of high activity

6. Ability to manage multiple project simultaneously

7. Excellent attention to detail.

8. Must be able to pass a background check

9. Basic water safety skills

10. Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions

11. Ability to work under pressure.

12. Must be able to work flexible hours on the needs of the property
