What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Marketing Manager to execute and measure marketing activities that support pipeline and growth of our North America channel partner program.
The Marketing Manager will work with our global marketing, digital, channel, sales and product teams, and report directly to the North America Marketing Director.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer who is highly organized, responsive, and results focused.
What you’ll do in this role
- Manage our U.S. marketing store, including selecting and maintaining inventory, working closely with our fulfillment vendor to ensure excellent service for our partners, developing and analyzing sales reports, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and building out additional products and services.
- Manage and grow our digital partner portal by building valuable content (sales materials, nurture campaigns, social assets, etc.
developing and owning our partner communication plan, managing metrics reports, and working cross-functionally with our internal teams to deliver a best-in-class partner platform.
- Help plan and manage our U.S. events, conferences, and sponsorships by identifying opportunities, coordinating participants, and overseeing deliverables.
- Work with key contributors to maintain and grow our library of sales and marketing materials, including presentations, case studies, infographics, photography and videos.
What you’ll need to have
- 7+ years in a marketing role, with demonstrated project management experience
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing automation tools
- Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality of work
Preferred qualifications
- Channel marketing and communication experience
- Demand generation and lead nurture experience
- Data analysis skills and a passion for understanding patterns and trends
- Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications or equivalent
- Direct experience working in the solar industry

This is a remote, full-time position and may require up to 30% travel.
