Job Description

Hours : 35-40 hours / week flex to the person’s needs.

As a Temp / Data Entry Specialist, you will work closely with the strategy team members to support projects as outlined by the Vice President of Strategy.

In this role, you will :

Conduct Market Research (100%) :

  • Conduct thorough research and data gathering from various sources, including websites, databases, and other reference materials.
  • Organize and compile relevant information in a structured and systematic manner.
  • Enter gathered data into spreadsheets, databases, or other designated platforms with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verify data for completeness, correctness, and consistency.

Responsibilities :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in a relevant field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in data entry or a related role, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) and databases.
  • Strong research and data gathering abilities, with the capacity to locate and extract information from various sources.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain strict confidentiality protocols.

Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

  • 4+ years recent experience in mechanical product design using CREO parametric); knowledgeable of standard CAD policies and procedures for mechanical design
  • Experience in creating new mechanical designs and drawings from scratch to interface with numerous complex mechanical interfaces
  • Experience in implementing Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to ASME Y14.5 standards and interface design
  • Experience in design for manufacturing best practices and implementation of drawing details to allow for efficient communication to manufacturing organization
  • Bonus : Experience in releasing documentation in EPDM (LM implementation of Windchill); the following will need to be created as part of the design efforts : drawing trees, parts lists, native CAD files, detailed drawings, ICDs, etc.)
  • Bonus : Experience in Client SSC design review process and requirements (DoD Development lifecycle SRR, PDR, CDR, MaRR) and familiarity of seeing product through initial manufacturing and production via subcontractor
  • Bonus : Experience creating new mechanical designs that interface with existing complex mechanical equipment
  • Bonus : Experience in materials selection for surface ship specific environments
  • Bonus : Experience / understanding of design for manufacturing processes and specific drawing details to aid in subcontracting this Client design as build-to-print.

Mechanical Engineer

Job Description

This Mechanical Engineering Contractor will report to the Air Vehicle Installations IPT Manager and will work to design aircraft secondary structure, equipment installations / layouts, and route Air Vehicle harnesses using 3D modeling software.

Close coordination with production teams and other technical groups is required in order to integrate equipment and systems into the aircraft.

Basic Qualifications :

  • Proficiency in mechanical design with CATIA Computer Aided Design (CAD) software
  • Experience creating and releasing Build-To-Print (BTP) engineering packages
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Selected candidate should thrive working in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations and high visibility
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering, or other STEM degree
  • 5+ years of industry experience -OR- 3+ years of industry experience with an Engineering Master’s degree

Preferred Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in aviation and defense programs
  • Ability to route cable harnesses using CATIA V5
  • Proficiency with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools such as Teamcenter or Enovia
  • Experience in applying Configuration Management practices
  • Experience with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance (GD&T) ASME Y14.5M application
  • Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, troubleshooting issues, and problem-solving skills
