Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is the Marketing Leader for Storr, responsible for developing, implementing, and executing the Marketing Strategy for the Organization in partnership with the Executive Team.
The primary objective of this role will be to partner with all Category Vertical Leaders to identify and develop key initiatives that are designed to enhance each of our category's business plans aimed at driving client engagement and delivering sales growth across all verticals.
Desired skills include market research intelligence, brand management, corporate communications, strategic partnership management, media campaigns, events management, customer experience development, and budget management.
This position will work closely with our President, Vice President of Sales, and Category Vertical Market Leaders.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Major Responsibilities
- Sales Support
- Generate collateral, proposals, and presentations. Developing collateral to support the Sales Organization which touches all Divisions of the organization.
- Develop creative concepts and touches for use throughout the sales process that can be used to develop and close key opportunities.
- Develop communication / marketing pieces (email, newsletter, direct mail) to large prospect / customer groups.
- Be a resource for finding content (photos / images / research) for communications to clients including partnering on large RFP "Request for Proposal"
- Engage and educate the sales team on sales tools available to help them to prospect, sell and win business.
- Manage the hospitality of customer showroom visits.
- Brand Management
- Manage the consistency and look of brand items including; logos, brochures, quotes, business cards, case studies, truck graphics, photos, promotional items, events, newsletters, and signage.
- Digital Management
- Manage Storr's websites and all Divisions of the Sales Organization (Storr, Records, Preowned, Moves, Core5)
- Manage social media stories (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Manage video and photography creation and use primarily focused on highlighting customer projects.
- Manage email blasts.
- Oversee Community and Professional Memberships and their impact on new opportunities, groups including but not limited to the following group.
Creating reports showing our return on investment in these groups.

- Work with Sales leadership on a quarterly basis to identify events to be held and the objectives of the investments.
- Plan and host the events.
- Recap the accomplishments and successes of each event.
- Lead Source Management
- Work with sales management to develop the process for reviewing and distributing leads from the various subscriptions we purchase (Concision, Dodge, ConstructConnect).
- Develop a plan for adding new leads to our various data basis (CRM, customer database) Work with Sales Teams to develop proactive Strategies to penetrate Industries through targeted marketing.
- Document the value of our subscriptions.
- Prepare an annual Market plan and budget.
- Partner with Divisional Leaders to develop and execute the Marketing Plan focused on driving activity, pipeline, and sales.
- Collaborate with Divisional Leaders and Senior Leadership to establish a budget to support the various Sales Divisions with their marketing initiatives / strategies.
Results / Business Outcomes
As part of this role, expectations will not only be centered around Roles and Responsibilities but also drive measurable results.
