Job Overview
Provides direction and leadership to bar staff. Implements and maintains a service and management philosophy which serves as a guide to staff.
Implements development strategy and assists with training of new bar hires. Responsible for inventory control through adequate ordering / receiving and weekly audit of all beverages.
Take orders, retrieve and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to guests, courteously and efficiently. Assist in the maintenance of the outlet area and equipment.
Have knowledge and understanding of menu and are able to answer questions in regards to ingredients and allergens.

$15.00 / hr training wages
$20-30 / hr upon opening
Up to $500 bonus payout for great referrals of other hospitality professionals

- Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique
- Knowledge of the practices within the Food & Beverage / Hospitality profession

Requirements :
- At least 2 years of craft bartending experience; high-volume restaurant experience a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must possess exceptional work ethic, strong sense of hospitality, and a collaborative attitude
- Ability to work in an organized and professional manner
- Ability to demonstrate quick thinking and adaptability in a constantly changing environment
- Receptive to constructive criticism and performance feedback
- Must be able to lift and or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and / or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work in a standing / walking position for long periods of time
- Command of the English language
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
