Job Summary :

The Drafter should have the ability to read and understand both client and ENE CAD standards following them closely. The Drafter will work across all engineering disciplines utilizing their CAD knowledge and relying upon Coordinators, Engineers and Designers for guidance on industry knowledge.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

Create existing conditions drawings from as-built, GIS, aerial imagery, field notes, and survey data

Add annotation and dimensions to plot plans, details, and schematics

Modify drawings as directed by Coordinator, Engineer or Designer

Review and incorporate ENE and client CAD standards into drawing package

Understand CAD file structure in order to make changes in base and sheet files

Required Qualifications :

0-2 years of general basic CAD related experience or industry experience preferred

High School Diploma required

Experience with Electrical Distribution preferred

Must be able to travel to project locations with engineers to collect data and make sketches if required

Location : Atlanta, GA 30308 onsite 3 days a week

I am looking for a Data Analyst with 2-5 years of experience in SSIS and data visualization tools experience. The ideal candidate would have some experience in predictive modeling and machine learning techniques along with the ability to interpret data accurately and present the results.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters Degree in a quantitative discipline or minimally a Bachelors Degree from an accredited university with a focus in Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or other related fields of study
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
  • Strong experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches.
  • Proven record of experience working with large, complex databases and use of statistical models for valuation or prediction
  • Advanced proficiency using data warehouse and data mining tools, especially SQL.
  • Experience collecting data from multiple sources using automation and ETL tools such as SSIS.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
  • Working knowledge of predictive modeling and machine learning techniques, coupled with the ability to accurately interpret and present results.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with several cross-functional stakeholders in a timely fashion with measurable results.

Sr HVAC Environmental Technician 8 hr dayshift Sterling Eng

The primary role of the Senior HVAC Environmental Technician is to conduct testing, maintenance, and repairs on various critical environmental systems and equipment, including Clean Room Filtration, Bio Hoods, Bio Suites, Chemical Fume Hoods, Terminal Filters, HEPA Exhaust Housings, Recirculation HEPA Filter Units, and Clean Air Centers.

This role involves routine testing as well as addressing complex issues in Environmental Systems Equipment (ESE) systems, including clean rooms and biohazardous facilities.

The incumbent will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical problems, performing necessary tasks, and making timely repairs to ensure that the equipment is operational and functioning efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced mechanical tasks and preventative maintenance (PM) procedures on all Environmental Systems Equipment (ESE) and decontaminate equipment and facilities throughout Abbott Lake County operations.
  • Test and balance of clean room systems, terminal filters, and labs.
  • Troubleshoot, order parts, and install parts and material on equipment such as constant volume control boxes, fractional horsepower motors, variable frequency drives, and unit controllers.
  • Install belts, gaskets, etc. on ESE equipment using various gauges, tools, and test equipment. (Pressure gauges, leak detectors, torque wrenches, multimeters, ammeters, etc.)
  • Understand basic test and balance theories, including pressure relationships and fan laws. (Relationships of total / static / velocity pressure, static losses in ductwork systems, static regain, and ventilation.)
  • Effectively communicate job status to customers.
  • Order material and parts from the stockroom and initiate work orders and other required forms.
  • Well-versed in the use of flow hood, vel grid, and pitot tube for test and balancing.
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of mechanical hand tools and test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and perform mechanical repairs on various devices including fans, valves, actuators, etc.
  • Install HVAC and ESE equipment and accessories according to AbbVie Engineering Standards.
  • Ensure GMP, safe work policies and procedures are followed at all times in accordance with company policies.
  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required, with a minimum of 2 years working experience in the field of Environmental Systems Equipment (ESE) system maintenance.

NSF certified is a plus.

  • Advance understanding of HVAC theory and application to air handling systems in a Commercial and / or Industrial environment.
  • Solid knowledge of all CMMS functions that pertain to maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM) and related activities.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; creative problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Work hours are Day shift, 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm., M-F

Job Summary :

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for the manufacturing of Drug Substance, Drug Product, visual inspection, and Secondary Packaging for clinical and commercial products for human use.

This person will employ aseptic techniques while working in controlled and classified environments, and must comply with standard operating procedures, FDA current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and any other government requirements.

Job Duties :

  • Weighing and dispensing of materials.
  • Operation of glasswasher and autoclave.
  • Media and buffer preparation.
  • Drug Substance manufacturing.
  • Operation of filtration systems.
  • Visual inspection and aseptic filling of glass vials and pre-fillable syringes.
  • Train and follow aseptic practices in ISO 6 area.
  • Participate in media fill operations.
  • Responsible for secondary packaging, material issuance and visual inspection.
  • Responsible for in-process testing, such as : pH, Conductivity etc.
  • Verify all raw materials and commodities.
  • Complete Batch Records and other cGMP documentation accurately.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree Biology, Chemistry, or Biotechnology (or a related field) with relevant work experience in a GMP environment is preferred.

Will also consider an Associate's Degree with relevant experience in aseptic product manufacturing.

  • 1 to 3 years of work experience in the pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical field is preferred.
  • Aseptic techniques and clean room manufacturing experience is necessary.
  • Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift ( onsite) as needed.
