SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the re-stock of coupons to sellers, as they sell through their daily stock issued each day.
In This position is responsible and held accountable for the State Fair Coupons being delivered to various coupon booths located on the Fair Grounds.
The Courier will sign out with the initial receipt of State Fair Coupons and upon delivery of Coupons will advise the seller to audit and sign in with receipt of State Fair Coupons.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Preferred Education and / or Experience :

Possession of, or ability to obtain, an appropriate Texas driver's license.

SUMMARY
Ensure all electrical operations are completed in compliance with all applicable safety codes and SFT standards and regulations;
maintain and repair all electrical equipment including SFT buildings and grounds. Assist in obtaining electrical permits for all SFT activities, including, but not limited to rides, shows, tents, stables, stands, and any daily electrical needs of the SFT grounds.
Support inspection of premises and buildings for the maintenance of existing electrical systems and upgrade those systems to maintain compliance with state and local electrical codes and ordinances.
Under the direction of the Chief Electrician, install new electrical operations for SFT exhibits including all booths, stages, exhibits, and tents.
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical on grounds. Assist with the dismantling of electrical services after fair.
Qualifications
- Understanding and alignment with the core values of the State Fair of Texas.
- Principles, practices, methods and techniques of electrical inspection and code enforcement.
- Electrical codes and standards, basic understanding of building requirements, and other applicable systems.
- Building construction techniques and processes.
- Industry standards and specifications for public service construction projects.
- Accepted safety standards and methods of construction and electrical activities.
- Basic mathematics as applied to electrical / construction / inspection work.
- Pertinent Federal, state and local laws, codes and regulations affecting health and safety.

SUMMARY

maintain and repair all Painting Jobs and equipment including SFT buildings and grounds.
Assist Paint Shop with routine to moderately complex surface preparation, painting, and finishing tasks, applying a variety of methods, media, and techniques to both interior and exterior surfaces but not limited to rides, shows, tents, stables, stands, and any daily painting needs of the SFT grounds.
Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Functions :
- Support Painting of premises and buildings for the maintenance of existing Maintenance Repairs.
- Under the direction of the Project Manager, install new Paint operations for SFT exhibits including all booths, stages, exhibits, and tents.
- Trouble and maintain painting on grounds. Assist with the dismantling of construction services after fair.
- Performs building exterior and interior caulking, finish repair, mud and tape, and texturing tasks.
- Operates equipment such as airless spray equipment, scaffolding, and motorized lifts.
- Performs special refinishing tasks including wood surface preparation, staining, and sealing.
- Ensures proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotes continuous improvement of workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Performs minor plaster repair, blending newly renovated wall surfaces with existing plaster.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Experience and Training Guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of Paint codes and standards, basic understanding of requirements, and other applicable systems.
- Ability to estimate basic project time and material quantity requirements.

- Accepted safety standards and methods of painting activities.
