Hourly Pay : $20.00-$22.00 Job Description Promptly and professionally answer all incoming phone calls Refer new accounts to outside account executives and assist them to make sales Develop and maintain a high level of product, market, and industry knowledge Ability to write well and have good overall communicative skills Proficient at Microsoft Office Quick learner with a good memory Self-motivated & passionate with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a Heavy Equipment industry environment. Identify customer needs, sometimes coming up with a solution to those needs Promote products and services Take Orders (big portion of the job - no cold calling) Exceed customer expectations by providing a superior customer experience Requirements : Be a team player : You should have the ability to work and motivate yourself independently while also working with teammates for the betterment of the team and company. Exceptional written and verbal skills Computer literate (Data entry / Microsoft products) Customer Service experience High School Diploma or GED Highly organized, able to Multi-task while delivering excellent customer service Background in Heavy Equipment a BIG PLUS Knowledge of Great Plains or Global Shop Software a Plus
