Customer Service Support Coordinator - Hospitality

The Customer Service Support Coordinator will provide daily assistance to the Sales Support team in our Hospitality division.

What will you do?

  • Assist with providing copies of pick lists, bill of materials, invoices, and proof of deliveries to the team, sales consultants and customers as requested
  • Process customer Returned Goods Authorization requests and collaborate with cross functional personnel
  • Process embroidery orders
  • Coordinate with CSR's and follow current RDT ( Request Date Template ) processes / procedures and document dates and responses accordingly
  • Download and manage pricing portal purchase orders
  • Internal system Etex Management (initial setup, cleanup, and EDI Error Site corrections)
  • Assist with completion of paperwork for International orders
  • Provide order entry support and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications include :

  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college is preferred.
  • Excellent organization, follow-up, problem solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • High attention to detail & ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy
  • Fantastic communication skills & proficient in English (verbal and written)
  • Working knowledge of Windows XP and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

The S&OP Manager will collaborate closely with the Supply Chain Function and Business Units. The role will be responsible for leading the demand planning process and forecasting team to ensure we meet our customers' needs and optimize our supply chain operations.

This role will also develop new forecasting tools and scalable processes to simplify growing business complexities and improve forecast accuracy.

The Sales & Operations Planning Manager will own diving deep into data and providing demand insights into the S&OP process.

This role will also drive cross-functional alignment on forecasting decisions amongst the key stakeholders, each Business Unit, Supply Planning, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities include :

  • Manages the Demand Planning processes to optimize aligned forecasts with Business Units
  • Creates monthly Demand forecast in collaboration with Business Units and Supply Chain
  • Adjusts item level forecasts when necessary and identifies potential issues to the Business Units
  • Partner with Functional Teams and Business Units to gather inputs to build the consensus demand plan through the S&OP process
  • Work closely with the supply planning team to understand and resolve known supply constraints or excess inventory risks and communicate to commercial teams in the S&OP demand review
  • Work with the business in action plans to help in the excess / obsolete reduction
  • Ensure consistency of forecast assumptions across the business unit, including base business forecasts, promotional plans, new product launches, and seasonal volume
  • Ensure alignment of Demand Forecast with Sales Estimate and / or provide reconciliation and analysis of variance
  • Analyze historical sales data and future plans. Work cross-functionality and proactively monitor forecast error / accuracy including root cause analysis to achieve continuous improvement in demand forecast accuracy
  • Prepare and maintain relevant reports pertaining to the S&OP and demand planning process

Qualifications include :

  • BA / BS degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience within Supply Chain or S&OP leadership
  • Previous management experience required
  • Possess well-developed communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to be able to build strong work relationships with all levels of the organization
  • Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, and work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrate professional judgment and sound decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage in complex situation often needing to deliver innovative results
  • Preferred experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerBI, and JDEdwards E1

The GC Project Manager will manage, and be accountable for, projects from contract signing to completion for Standard Textile's General Contractor customers.

The GC Project Manager will maintain project excellence and profitability while meeting customer expectations and managing relationships.

The ideal candidate is an effective project manager who plans thoughtfully, communicates proactively and clearly, executes with accuracy, enjoys solving complex problems, works effectively with cross functional teams, and thrives in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving.

In addition, the ideal candidate is a Procore super user who will be actively involved in driving the implementation of Procore's Project Management Tools to project management teams.

Responsibilities include :

  • Co-lead Procore's Project Management, Field Productivity and Financial Tools implementation to project execution teams.
  • Identify and drive opportunities to optimize Procore tools in cross functional collaboration with project team leads and IT.
  • Maintain customer relationships with customer representatives, construction management, architects, and vendors.
  • Lead projects end-to-end from contract signing to project completion.
  • Manage risks and challenges proactively.
  • Plan, control, budget, schedule, execute and communicate all project aspects while meeting business goals and customer expectations.

This includes, yet is not limited to :

  • Read and review quotes, bids, contracts, specifications, and architectural plans.
  • Create project submittals, plans, reports, budgets, invoices, and project closeouts.
  • Maintain project cash flows, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Purchase materials and equipment, as required.
  • Communicate project reports proactively to external and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications include :

  • Confident team player who is driven and accountable, results-oriented, continuous learner and is customer centric.
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills to communicate across all levels within the organization and to various audiences.

Education :

  • Required : B.A. / B.S. in Engineering / Construction Management / Architecture / Business or equivalent.
  • Preferred : Three to five years of project management experience with gradually increasing responsibilities, preferably within the construction industry.

Demonstrated Experience :

  • Required : Previous experience with administration, maintenance, management and enhancement of Procore Tools.
  • Required : Planning and executing projects, creating, and meeting budgets.
  • Required : Managing multiple competing projects and priorities while meeting desired outcomes effectively.
  • Preferred : Managing customers from the Construction industry.

Demonstrated Ability To :

  • Deeply understand customer expectations and project requirements.
  • Inform and consult customer with alternative solutions that meet customer expectations while meeting financial and business goals.
  • Convey status, challenges, proposed solutions, and ideas clearly and accurately.
  • Execute with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Work independently and within a team environment.

Skills :

  • Required : Microsoft Office Suite, Procore Certifications in : Core Tools, Project Management, Procore Admin, Procore Financial Management .
  • Preferred : Experience with Bluebeam Revu, or other construction project management software and ERP.

  • You will analyze sales and business reports to help drive business.

Sales experience, a strong sales drive, and the ability to relocate at completion of the training period are non-negotiable, however some additional Nice-to-Haves include :

  • Previous sales experience and / or a formal education in a related field
  • Do you know your way around a hospital? Previous sales experience selling a premium product and / or within the healthcare industry
  • Previous B2B experience with consultative sales
  • We know it's a stretch, but any textile and / or apparel sales experience would be helpful.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus!
