Immediate opportunity in Midtown Atlanta for a college graduate, Entry Level Marketing & Sales Representative to join our results-oriented sales and marketing team to handle inbound leads.

Salary up to $50K, plus 100% paid employee health insurance, and perks.

Responsibilities

  • Spend significant time maintaining accurate and detailed lead, account, contact, deal, and sales activity in HubSpot.
  • Research prospective clients, adding valuable data to new leads and existing accounts.
  • Drive qualified pipeline activity by rapidly responding to inbound leads using a mix of email and telephone calls.
  • Assist account executives by strategically developing and identifying accounts that have the potential for revenue opportunities.
  • Coordinate appointments on account executives’ calendars.
  • Create a fantastic first impression to prospects with a friendly attitude, compelling messaging, and consistent follow-up.

Requirements

  • A self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-driven sales mentality.
  • College graduate with a B.A. / B.S. degree in business administration preferred.
  • Excellent phone, presentation, and email communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Superior attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • College graduate with a business degree preferred but not required.
  • Must reside in the Atlanta metro area and be able to commute to midtown a few days each week.

We are currently seeking a bilingual Spanish dispatcher to join our team.

Job Description :

The bilingual Spanish dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating the schedules and routes for our service fleet, as well as communicating with customers in Spanish.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities will include :

Coordinating the schedules and routes for our service fleet

Assigning technicians to service calls and ensuring timely response times

Communicating with customers in Spanish to schedule service calls, answer questions, and provide updates on service requests

Monitoring technician progress and ensuring timely completion of service calls

Maintaining accurate records of service requests, work performed, and customer interactions

Providing administrative support to the service department as needed

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

2+ years of experience in dispatching, preferably in a service-oriented environment

Bilingual in Spanish and English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs

Familiarity with GPS tracking and routing software a plus
