The CSWA Social Worker, under direct and continuous supervision, provides comprehensive biopsychosocial / spiritual assessment, diagnosis and / or treatment / interventions / advocacy of patients and their support systems.
The CSWA incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change.

Required Qualifications :
Master's Degree : Social Work from a CSWE Accredited School of Social Work, OR from a school in candidacy status by the council of Social Work Education (CSWE).
Upon request : Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
Fingerprinting may be required also.
Upon hire : Employees providing services in the State of Washington must pass the Washington Access to Criminal History (WATCH) background check.
It is required that an application to become an Agency Affiliated Counselor through the Washington State Department of Health must be submitted within 7 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications :
Upon hire : Clinical Social Worker License
Healthcare experience.
1 year Experience in acute care settings.
2 years of direct oncology social work experience. Group facilitation experience preferred.
Home health / hospice or clinic / ambulatory care experience preferred.

The Supervisor of Environmental Service has overall responsibility for the supervision of front line caregivers within the following departments, Environmental Services, Patient Transportation, Laundry & Linen, Guest Housing & Meeting Services, Assisted Living and Long Term Care.
Responsible to supervise, plan, organize, coordinate and control the activities of all aspects of the identified business lines and their operations. The
Supervisor will be accountable to the Environmental Services Division Manager for monitoring staffing, scheduling, hiring, performance, and training of caregivers in acute care, long term care, clinic, and administrative ministries including departmental practices and procedures.
The supervisor assigns work, monitors quality, implements policies and procedures as directed making recommendations for procedure changes to streamline processes and increase productivity including enhancing employee and patient satisfaction.

Required qualifications :
Coursework / Training : Management / Leadership or equivalent education / experience
3 years' Experience working in the health care field.
2 years' Direct Supervisory / Leadership experience.
Preferred qualifications :

3 years' Experience with computer software in a complex business environment.

$2,000 hiring / sign-on bonus for ELIGIBLE EXTERNAL HIRES that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Receives general direction from the Security Manager, Supervisor or Lead Security Officer, performs a variety of security protective duties to protect patients, visitors, staff, physicians, property and facilities from accidents, bodily harm, fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
Enforces PH&S, facility and security policies and regulations. Investigate reports of potential criminal conduct against PH&S staff, visitors, staff, and property;
respond and assist in restraining patients; detain individuals when necessary or at the direction of a police officer; and provide protective services to high risk areas.

Required qualifications :
upon hire : Oregon Private Security Unarmed Professional - Oregon Department of Public Safety Standards and Training.
1 year Experience using personal computer with standard Microsoft applications

Coursework / Training : College level coursework in professionally related fields such as criminal justice, social work, psychology or any social science.
1 year Security / law enforcement experience such as corrections, police, reserve and military police.
Direct patient care experience in a healthcare industry.
