As an Investor Services Representative, you will work in a dynamic inbound contact center assisting people reach their personal financial goals.
In this position you will respond to a variety of mutual fund investment requests from shareholders and financial professionals.
This can include establishing new accounts, processing various transactions such as contributions, withdrawals, and maintenance, and educating customers on the legal requirements and certifications needed.

What You Will Get To Do :
- Provide internal and external customers with full-service solutions and comprehensive transfer agency and / or shareholder services.
- Daily work includes call center activity, transaction processing / data entry, customer correspondence, and quality assurance.
- Maintain records for customers (e.g. shareholders, broker / dealers, third-party entities, institutions and client fund groups) and answer inquiries related to fund performance, account status and activity.
- Process financial and non-financial mutual fund and corporate security transactions, set up new accounts, perform research and resolve problems related to specific transactions through the utilization of various industry-related products / systems.
- Associates within this role evaluate and follow internal processes, controls, and procedures to ensure compliance with client, service level agreement, company, industry, and / or legal regulations.
What You Will Bring :
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of work and education experience preferred
- Banking, investment or a financial background preferred.
- At least one year of previous customer service experience within retail, banking or financial services preferred.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer systems.
- Passion for excellence in service and strong attention to detail.
- High speed internet with wired connection
- Work space in your home to attend training and work without interruption

Job Title : Customer Service Call Center Representative
Locations : Kansas City Hybrid : 4-6 days per month onsite

As an Investor Services Representative in our Alternative Investments Contact Center, you will use your customer service, advanced analytical and problem solving skills while speaking with callers to provide excellent service on each call.
You will collaborate with management and will aid in leading the team by sharing your knowledge. You will also assist in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.

- Provides world class customer service to customers by answering questions, resolving issues and assisting with Alternative Investment products.
- Provides routine information regarding specific client information, research investor’s issues while providing accurate and concise information.
- Reviews, prepares and processes transactions on investor account.
- Researches complex issues for customers, supporting their requests, making outbound calls to provide customers with updates or to gain additional information.
- Performs special project assignments from time to time, such as research work, obtaining special authorizations, outbound calls and data entry.
