This person will perform the role of Product Manager and Product Owner for SS&C Health. You will define the product strategy, product roadmap and direct the IT Delivery team in delivering on the business strategy for the Amisys Advance platform;

Required Qualifications :
4+ years of leadership (staff, product, project or team) experience (or related positions) in the Health Care Industry

Ability to maintain a basic knowledge of software development
Understanding of basic fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
Advanced level of proficiency with PC based software programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with Agile development SCRUM methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications :
2+ years of experience acting as a Product Owner for multiple SCRUM teams : Writing user stories, and following the development process through user story acceptance
1+ years of experience with document management

Process Design, Documentation & Management
Design and manage a multi-stage marketing campaign & tactical creation process
Design a Phase-Gate-Like journey for initiatives that align all resources around the various big initiative executional stages and stage-exit checklists & process flow
Maintain tracking / status of complete and in-flight projects, managing the high-capacity traffic flow of the marketing organization
Drive new traditions founded in project post-mortem and continual process improvement
Develop the optimal cross-team sharing cadence / venue
Capacity Analysis & Management
Define capacity by role and develop a way to track capacity expenditure per project to ensure that we spend our critical capacity on the most important projects, identify capacity constraints and inform future resourcing needs
Implement a sprint-like project execution structure with a capacity currency-like spend system among delivery and execution teams
Document new process and train staff on the new processes with regular, frequent reinforcement with a focus on continuous improvement
Analyze and track capacity against priorities on an ongoing basis designing reports and updates to help teams and management understand current status
Marketing Roadmap
Build and maintain a comprehensive marketing program / project roadmap as an on-going reference artifact for all cross-functional efforts which can be sorted by team, theme, persona, executional type and LOB
What You Will Bring :
3-5 years experience with Adobe Workfront, building instances, implementing integrations (Fusion, etc)
5-7+ years of demonstrated experience in process design and management, with a specific focus on enabling Marketing process
Demonstrated experience working in a PM capacity for large, multi-program initiatives across functional groups and organizational divisions
Experience transforming an organization with adaptations of Agile and / or Scrum Agile Methodologies
Leading by influence via cross-functional teams and delivery partners to achieve growth objectives
Demonstrated ability to partner with peers and marketing leaders to build / plan creative solutions to complex challenges and deliver measurable results
Data-driven and analysis-focused pursuit of continual optimization as a modus operandi
In possession of an energetic willingness to roll-up sleeves and execute, take risks and sometimes fail, while maintaining focus on the priorities
Bachelor's Degree (MBA strongly preferred)
