We are looking to expand our team. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the following :
- Attend Sales to Delivery Handoff calls to accept new projects
- Coordinate, schedule and run internal and external meetings
- Create Project Kickoff Presentations
- Lead discovery sessions with customers to learn about their environment, business requirements, and goals for the project to be a success
- Create & Maintain Project Documents in Confluence, JIRA and Smartsheets
- Identify project resources (I.e. define what type of resources you need for the project)
- Manage customer expectations and business requirements
- Manage Project Plans and Control the Project to ensure a successful outcome on time and under budget
- Identify and mitigate risk associated with the delivery plan and dependencies
- Track project resource spend to stay within the SOW budget
- Work with Product Team to gain a deeper understanding of the product core features, use cases and backlog
Qualification (Preferred) :
- Familiarity with Contact Center (Cisco, Amazon, Five9, other)
- Familiarity with EHR system such as Epic and Cerner
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as SalesForce and ServiceNow.
- Understand the SDLC / Agile life cycle
- Ability to learn fast
