Spartan is searching for a well-connected social media influencer to serve as our esteemed supporter. The social media influencer should review all sponsorship requirements before proceeding to devise highly appealing content.

Upon publication thereof, you should also monitor viewers' feedback.

To ensure success as a social media influencer, you should exhibit unwavering authenticity and thoughtfulness about Spartans interests.

Duties / Responsibilities : so

Scheduling content publications on Instagram, promoting Spartan Merchandise.

Create a Spartan Merchandise campaign promotion at least one (1) time per quarter that promotes a specific Spartan Merchandise deal.

Create a minimum of eight (8) Instagram Stories (Story) per month promoting Spartan Merchandise via Influencers personal Instagram account.

Post, Story, and Campaign, that will drive sales of Spartan Merchandise through

Sharing highly visible links to prescribed websites.

Combing through your audience's feedback to ascertain their insights.

Adhering to all other agreed-upon sponsorship guidelines.

Conveying authentic enthusiasm throughout each publication.

Senior Social Strategist Responsibilities :

• Build tactical plans with main channels being Instagram, Facebook TikTok and Twitter
• Oversee the development of influencer briefs
• Work with content creators at events to create highly engaging content
• Keep a pulse on popular culture; keep team informed of what's trending day-to-day and create POVs for how the client can own specific moments in pop culture
• Collaborate with Creative team to write content for social
• Collaborate with social analyst on reporting
• Share responsibility of community management with 3-4 other members of the social team
• Manage team of 3-4 and help oversee strategy of their channels
• Sport Event experience Preferred

OVERVIEW

We’re looking for Logistics Coordinators to handle event related inventory, warehouse ordering, and trailer movements. This role will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our on-site warehouse during events.

We are seeking a flexible, positive, and dedicated event professional who is ready to help make our events run smoothly.

In addition to the responsibilities above, the role will coordinate trucking repairs as needed, report all event related inventory pre and post event weekends, order items to help with event set up, set up radio communications for event weekends, and track all packages and deliveries made to the event site.

Above all the role will help to create a fun, challenging, and on-brand experience for all Tough Mudder customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Responsible for orderly upkeep of the on-site field warehouse; tracking shortages, supplementary supply needs, and all post-event fulfillment requirements

Coordinate all event trailer movements to and from event locations; scheduling trailer repairs and maintenance as needed

Inventory all event related items pre and post event weekend

Order any additional items needed after initial inventory from our warehouse

Oversee volunteers and other staff members who will help with inventory count-outs post event

Keep track of all tools needed during a set-up & breakdown

Arrange equipment repairs and servicing during event build

Set up radio communications for each event, track daily radio sign out, and handle any billing for radio related expenses

Oversee meal ordering for site staff and volunteers

Set-up & track all inbound & outbound packages; primary point of contact for any deliveries arriving for the event

Work hand in-hand with existing departments to deliver successful events
