- Attend all required Leadership annual training (i.e., Recurrent Training, Drug and Alcohol training, and any other training set by the Company or Leader)
- Ensure compliance with all work rules and regulations
- Ensure Flight Attendant recognition and awards programs are in place and follow up with anniversaries, external commendation letters, LUV reports, Kicktails, On The Spot, and all other special recognition awards
- Conduct i360 / Flight Attendant Boarding Performance assessments (some require late night travel), and visits to liaison with Leaders and Employees in assigned Southwest served cities
- Qualify and maintain all the active requirements of a Southwest Airlines Flight Attendant
- Responsible for the data entry of Flight Attendant personal files
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

- Knowledge of the principles and processes for providing Customer and personal services which may include conducting Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluating Customer Satisfaction
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as processing words, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology

Based on the current program rules, the $14,560 sum will be paid out in regular quarterly installments of $1,820 for the first 8 quarters of employment.
The incentive pay is based on a static 520 worked hours per quarter. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular period of time.

Physical Abilities
Must have vision ability to view and read computer / video / flight deck displays on a frequent basis
Must be able to participate in the FAR directed Line Observation Program and be able to enter and exit the aircraft under normal and emergency conditions
Must be able to enter and exit the flight simulator, cabin simulator or mock-up, briefing rooms under normal and emergency conditions
Must be able to sit in the simulator uninterrupted for up to 4 hours

Must be able to work rotating shifts, holidays, and overtime
Must meet confidentiality expectations as to confidential, proprietary and sensitive Company information
Air travel with overnight stays required
Ability to work extended hours as needed
Pay & Benefits
Pay of $72.24 to $72.24 per hour*, with the opportunity for future
increase per applicable collective bargaining agreement wage scale. Opportunities for overtime and shift premiums.
