Responsibilities :
- The Sr. Mechanical Reliability Engineer will develop engineering solutions for rotating and fixed equipment to improve the life cycle and equipment reliability.
- Implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Reliability Performance Indicators.
- Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis and other Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) efforts.
- Lead reliability programs and work closely with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to prioritize and schedule work.
- Support the implementation of reliability efforts, mechanical integrity, PSM, and Safety Audit Action Items.
- Champion the Preventive and predictive (PM / PdM) Maintenance of plant equipment /
- Investigate downtime / failures, assist in the identification of root causes, and development and implementation of technical solutions.
- Relocation available.
Requirements
- The Sr. Mechanical Reliability Engineer will have a BS or MS degree with an engineering major.
- 10+ years of equipment maintenance and troubleshooting in the chemical industry.
- Working knowledge of equipment design, function, regulatory requirements, PSM, and mechanical integrity.
- Understanding of welding principles. Failure analysis training FMEA or RCFA
- Experienced fixed and rotating equipment equipment including leading projects.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.

Production Engineer

Responsibilities
- The Production Engineer will develop and implement production procedures, troubleshoot production quality problems and implement corrective actions, initiate and / or implement process improvement projects and prepare capital budget needs for assigned processes as required.
- Day to day interaction with hourly force within assigned production units.
- Perform training for both salary and hourly personnel.
- Oversee MOC process as it relates to the tasks of the position.
- Will serve as plant production manager in the absence of the current manager.
- Some relocation available, regional candidates preferred.
Requirements
The Production Engineer will have a BS in chemical engineering and 3+ years of experience in chemical plant unit operations.
E.g. reactions, heat transfer, size reduction, and bulk solids transfer.
- Experience in managing capital projects start to finish.
- Must be able to develop PFDs, P&IDs, plant energy and material balances.
- Good understanding of the hazards of materials such as natural gas, industrial solvents, lubricants etc.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques is a plus.

- The Environmental Specialist will interpret and maintain compliance with air authorizations, including PBR, NSR and Title V permits.
- Interpret and maintain compliance with applicable EPA and TCEQ air quality rules and regulations.
- Prepare and submit state and federal reports, including Title V deviation reports, monthly / annual air emission inventories, and other regulatory / permit required reports.
- Manage, monitor, and calculate air emissions using the existing online emissions calculation program.
- Interface with federal, state, county, and city representatives during site inspections.
- Assist in spill and incident response notification and regulatory compliance reporting.
- No relocation available. $90K-$120K.
Requirements
- The Environmental Specialist will have a BS degree with an appropriate major.
- 3-5 years related experience and extensive knowledge in environmental regulations, with a focus on air quality.
- Air permit (NSR & Title V) experience.

Responsibilities
- The Manufacturing Engineer is primarily responsible for the daily operations of the manufacturing unit, providing detailed process and technical guidance for the Operations Team and identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements.
- Drive and coordinate continuous improvement efforts for area performance.
- Provide detailed process guidance for the Operations Team in the execution of the production schedule.
- Evaluate daily performance and identifies and eliminates special cause variations.
- Lead role in ensuring process parameters of existing process are in statistical control.
- Identify and reduce common cause variations in the product and process.
- Develop process changes to accommodate new products.
- Provide support of and participate in project teams for facilities improvements.
- Relocation provided. $120K-$130K.
Requirements
- The Manufacturing Engineer will have a BS in Chemical Engineering or a BSME and 5 years of experience in polymer or fiber manufacturing.
- Knowledge and experience with the following is also desired : SPC, Provox DCS systems, PLC functionality.
- Safety and environmental policies, KMS, Aspen IP21, NWA and Operator training.
- Basic understanding of PSM, SPC and ISO9001 is also preferred.
- Process troubleshooting.
