Hiring a Marketing Team Lead.
The driving force of the Marketing Department is our Outside Marketing Representatives .
Outside Marketing Representatives provide the first interaction with a homeowner.
Lead Outside Marketing Representatives will drive the marketing team to locations in order to canvas.
Marketing Team Leads will utilize face-to-face communication skills to increase brand awareness and generate leads for our company's sales team.
This is an entry-level position that will allow you to acquire so many transferable skills and allow you to grow your current skill set.
It is also a great opportunity for someone looking to try something different. Leads are brought in with the expectation of eventually promoting to Marketing Manager.
A valid driver's license is a MUST.
Pay Scale :
$16.00 per hour, $20.00 per Demo Set up, 2% commission on all sales you help bring in
- Money-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Serve with a cheerful attitude while on your feet outdoors for up to 8 hours at a time
- Must be able to pass the background check, valid driver's license a plus
