Solve IT Strategies is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) for the leading pharmacy retail organization. This role is located at COVID19 Vaccine- 6600 Airline Dr.

The Main Responsibilities of a person are :

• Demonstrates competency inpatient care standards required for safe delivery of COVID-19 Immunization.
• Will be competent in the assessment of patients via screening for COVID-19 immunizations complete and accurate clinical documentation.
• Manages time effectively and demonstrates basic leadership qualities in order to deliver and manage appropriate patient care
• Communicates changes in patient status to appropriate members of the staff to facilitate prompt attention to patient needs.
• Under the direction of the patient’s consent, safely administers COVID-19 vaccine provided in a manner consistent with established standards of practice and policy.
• Prepares and submits documentation outlining services rendered within the required time frame.
• Promptly communicates with the patient's physician and supervisor regarding problems, change in status, need for other team involvement, and goal attainment.
• Thoroughly reports patients care needs, progress and goals when transferring care to an alternate nurse.
• Flexibility to also go to LTC facilities if and when needed.

Qualifications :

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with valid license in state(s) of practice.
• Valid and current driver’s license and evidence of automobile insurance.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 2years of experience providing specialty nursing care, such as infusion therapy, maternal-child health, disease state management, pediatrics, etc.

In addition, at least 3months experience working in Home Health. Self-directed with excellent time management skills and able to work independently.

Proof of Vaccination

Preferred Qualifications :

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Position Requirements :

• High School diploma or GED
• 12 months experience stocking experience and / or receiving experience preferred.
• Experience with mainframe or PC computer systems
• Good communication and customer relation skills.
• Good organization and math skills.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must function as a 'team member.
• Ability to prioritize work flow.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly
• Ability to demonstrate critical thinking Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For lifts over 35 pounds, lifting equipment is expected to be used or lift with at least one other associate when available.

Unique lifting / movement situations will be assessed on a case by case basis.
