Marketing Copywriter
SOLV Energy is an engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) and solar services provider for utility solar, high voltage substation and energy storage markets across North America.
Job Description Summary : The Marketing Copywriter write clear and concise copy for a variety of web, print, video and social media projects.
As part of the communications team, the Copywriter will work closely with both the Internal and External Communications Coordinators to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts and articulate messaging.
The Copywriter will conduct interviews with members of the SOLV Energy team, corporate or nonprofit partners and various project stakeholders to produce content including website and intranet copy, blog posts, project profiles, employee bios, case studies and op-eds.
Through your work, you will inform and engage key audiences on the benefits of utility-scale solar projects in communities across the U.
S. and highlight our growing SOLV Energy team both internally and externally. The ideal candidate is interested in renewable energy and willing to learn about current policies and events impacting the solar industry.

- Research and understand SOLV Energy's needs and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject-matter experts and in-person meetings
- Write original copy and edit content for a range of marketing and communications materials, including long-form copy for our web and landing pages, blogs and internal newsletters
- Collaborate with the marketing and communications team, from concept development to delivery of final product
- Drive brand consistency across all company communications Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements :
- Two or more years of professional copywriting experience, with solid portfolio of work
- Comfortable working independently with little direction
- Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design
- Experience working with content management systems
