The Warehouse Associate is responsible for completing and coordinating the day-to-day operational functions of packing, shipping, receiving and distribution of goods and supplies.
A warehouse associate is required to work under the administration of warehouse manager and efficiently conduct all duties and responsibilities assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all incoming freight, checks shipment against packing slip(s), documents packing slip per company policy, logs / receives product into the warehouse data systemor receiving, recording, issuing, and transporting the goods and supplies from the warehouse.
- Documenting all warehouse inventory and records.
- Ensuring to meet all safety and storage regularities for housing of the goods and supplies.
- Packaging and / or assembling product as per supervisor’s instructions
- Packaging inverters and placing on corresponding pallets
- Palletize materials, use of manual or electric pallet jacks
- Keeping track of inventory and informing a supervisor when supply runs low
- Helping to load product onto trucks for shipping
- Working with and around machinery
- Work around Forklifts. Recent certification and experience
- Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance
- Maintain equipment and contribute to clean production and warehouse areas

Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum High school diploma
- Minimum 6 months of hands on warehouse experience (such as assembly, machine operation, order puller, stocking, or shipping and receiving)
- Ability to systematize efficiently storage related functions and motivate subordinates.
- Ability to take orders, meet targets and work efficiently under a supervising authority
- California Forklift Certification
- Should have the basic knowledge of using a PC
- Should have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 75 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand, bend, and stoop for long periods of time
- Willingness to learn new skills

The pay range for this position in Nevada at the start of employment is expected to be between $19 - $20 per hour. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range.
However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at SolarEdge. Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and / or equity awards, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.

We are looking for a Production Planner who is the SolarEdge focal point regarding product availability; from the production line to our USA operation (Austin, Texas).
The candidate will work daily with SolarEdge’s planners and Sales managers to create the demand plan for SolarEdge Contract Manufacturers (CMs) while analyzing the global stock levels VS CM constraints.
This requires someone who is detailed oriented and at the same time can understand and analyze the bigger picture, is well-organized and who feels comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
What you will be doing :
- Inventory planning of the Company's Finished goods worldwide
- Planning and control of Finished goods shipments from factories to global hubs to customers
- Coordinating between supply chain teams and the sales team
- Analyzing the inventory reports
- Create and present reports to the Company's management
- Define BI and other IS tools
