Delivery Service Driver
If you love being out on the open road while making money at the same time, we’ve got the job for you. Our team is hiring a delivery driver to bring new products to our customers in a safe, efficient, and timely manner.
Applicants should have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. We can’t wait to hear from you! Compensation :
$18 - $20 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Make delivery reports as needed
- Transport, and deliver new products to clients in a safe and timely manner
- Assure customer satisfaction by delivering an excellent customer experience
- Follow predesignated routes, schedules, and traffic laws to deliver products
- Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy
- Drive through designated neighborhoods and identify properties that may be in need of repair or have the potential for real estate investment
- Log each property using a provided subscription app on your phone
- Report findings to the team leader and assist with follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Qualifications :
- Must have graduated high school or received equivalency
- Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds
- Commercial driver’s license (CDL) a plus
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license in your state of residence and a clean driving record
- Delivery driver or related job experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential investment opportunities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with real estate investing is a plus
