Job Description
Sixt is looking for a Customer Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer service to customers from around the world. You will provide customers with accurate information and take detailed and timely records of damages, gas volume, etc.
The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes :

What you will do :
- Welcome all customers as they arrive on the lot
- Ask about their experience with Sixt, recording feedback to improve future rental experience
- Make sure customers have all personal belongings from the vehicle
- Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage / loss report
- Use proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas
- Advise and review rental charges, providing an accurate receipt to the customer
- Provide information regarding transportation to the airport terminal if applicable
- Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers
- Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location
- Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow
- Work in outdoor weather conditions including direct sunlight, rain, heat or cold
- Perform other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs
Qualifications
About you :
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience
- Must be at least 21 and have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work 40 hours per week including day and / or evening hours
- Likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Ability to communicate in other languages is a plus

Production Manager
As a Production Manager you will be responsible for managing the vehicle distribution and turnaround processes at the airport branch.
Working in conjunction with the General manager to ensure vehicle safety, cleanliness and availability in a timely manner to meet customer demands and drive rental growth.
The production manager is also responsible for managing the work environment and vendor relationships as well as driving efficiencies and reduce costs.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze KPIs and expenses to identify and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
- Develop and manage efficient turnaround processes.
- Build & establish relationships with Branch Managers, staff, Service Providers, and vendors.
- Establish and communicate daily vehicle needs to the vendors on vehicle turnaround / movements.
- Create weekly forecast for subcontractor needs to support cleaning and vehicle movement processes.
- Manage the process of cleaning and servicing vehicles at the QTA to ensure smooth operation of fleet movement from return to ready line.
- Ensure quality control by performing vehicle inspection to review subcontractor performance.
- Constant communication with the Branch management team to understand logistics needed and support the Fleet Planners in ensuring the subcontractors are working to meet our vehicle reservation demands.
- Quickly investigate and work with Fleet Planners / Customer service agents to resolve operational / customer problems as they arise.
- Perform daily game plan meetings with Subcontractor managers, Fleet department and Fleet planners / Customer service agents.
- Coordinate movement of vehicles to and from overflow lots.
- Manage driver activity to ensure that maintenance vehicles are moved to the best location to maximize lot space and traffic flow.
- Act as the point of contact for the driver team on a daily basis. Act as a point of contact for Managers to get specific upgrade vehicles for customers.
- Experience in car rental industry preferred.
- Process oriented with proven record of success in managing large scale operational teams

Customer Relations Manager
As a Customer Relations Manager, you will focus on the customer experience in the branch by developing lasting impressions and relationships with our customers.
This will include preparation for arriving customers and readiness at all customer touch points to deliver premium service.
In addition, the Customer Relations Manager will resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently and review customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity to improve the customer experience.
General Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling High-Value Customers and ensuring highest customer satisfaction throughout their entire branch experience including outreach / relationship building, booking preparation and high-touch / high-end customized rental experience development and execution from welcome to return
- Manage High-Value Customer Queries : when customers have questions or need help, assist them and provide optimal levels of customer service wherever possible :
- Manage Escalated Customer Complaints to provide immediate resolution including compensation and upgrades
- Quality checks of vehicles with final decision making for all vehicles of the fleet if quality of vehicle is not sufficient able to overrule GM
- Reviewing Google & Broker portal scores regularly and aiming to keep the score high
- Answer to Google comments
- Answer to broker portal comments
- Monthly Quality Report
- Provide a monthly quality report with major pain points and quality issues in standard format for Managing Director / CEO, Sales & Service and board members
- On a daily basis walk the way of the customer from arrival to counter, from counter to parking, from parking to departure to ensure premium branch appearance (cleanliness, uniforms, wayfinding and signage), clean and tidy parking lot, cars are parked correctly and provide high-end experience.
- 10-15% Travel
- 3-4 years of experience in guest relations or customer service (customer-facing)

Driver
Sixt is looking for a Driver to transport our vehicles between our rental locations. They will be responsible for working with the transportation team to ensure these vehicles are moved safely and efficiently.
What you will do :
- Transport vehicles to their destination safely
- Work with other drivers to transfer multiple vehicles at a time
- Assist with planning travel route and paperwork
- Communicate via cell phone or similar device
- Other job duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
About you :
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work Monday Friday, 7 am 4 pm
- Must be at least 21 years old
- CDL license preferred
- Ability to follow defined service processes
- Must be willing to wear company uniforms
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Likely to require at least 5-10% travel, some of which may be by airplane.

Administrative Assistant

The Orlando Airport team is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide them with administrative and organizational support.
The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes :
- Superior organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter who embraces technology
What you will do :
- Organize department activities, review / vet incoming requests, and coordinating with other departments
- Perform administrative duties including copying, scanning, and mailing
- Track dates, deadlines, and maintain the calendar
- Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems
- Coordinate other administrative tasks as assigned and assist in department
- Accurately collect data and maintain in appropriate data bases
- Review and process invoices in a timely manner
About you :
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in basic computer skills : Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
- Must exhibit a high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of work matter
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
