Responsibilities
- Partner with Operational and Engineering leaders to ensure campaign success.

- Shape inventory to ensure clients spend is allocated to a diverse group of quality CTV, Display and OLV publishers.
- Responsible for driving profit and margin initiatives.

- This role will be tightly linked with product and engineering to help drive automation.
- Responsible for all campaign pacing and optimization efforts to ensure deliver is met and campaign KPI’s are achieved.
- Create Excel & Databricks dashboards & analyses that provide visibility into KPIs, marketing and product effectiveness, and business trends / drivers.
- Work closely with Operations, Product, Marketing & Sales, Finance and Engineering teams to solve problems, identify trends, and define key metrics.
- Able to quickly understand the business process and needs and translate them into business requirements.
Skills :
- 3-5 Years of experience executing programmatic media spend.
- Thorough understanding of the Ad Tech landscape with an emphasis in DSP mechanics, RTB, Optimization and Pacing is required.
- 3+ years of analytical experience in an analytics-based consulting role, exploring large data sets to answer strategic questions for customers (either as an internal analyst or external consultant)
- BS / BA in an analytical field (science, math, engineering, finance, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make fast decisions with limited and noisy data.
- Strong knowledge of the overall ad tech landscape (RTB and DSP experience preferred)
- High level of proficiency with MS Excel (pivot tables, complex functions; VBA preferred)

We are seeking a full-time Graphic Designer who will contribute to build upon the visual identity of Marquee Sports Network.
This role provides support for the graphics and production teams with game-day design and support throughout the regular Cubs season, as well as be a primary source for Network branding and creation of set designs for Marquee’s roster of shows / specials.
They will provide direct support to internal departments through all stages of project development and execute strategic creative initiatives.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Serve as a designer in a fast-paced, live television environment
- Design across a wide spectrum of items ranging from digital / social static items to building animated elements etc.
- Collaborate with on-air production team to design and produce day-of-game studio and broadcast graphics
- Utilize still and animated After Effects templates while also leading custom set development for special events and holidays
- Develop and build team assets for seasonal use
- Maintain and organize logo / assets as needed for ease of use across all mediums
- Assist in template building alongside the Lead Motion Graphic Designer, as well as help to train and supervise freelancers
- Working specific games and assisting in oversight of freelance day-of-game designers (including nights and weekends)
- Assist with sales mock-ups, sponsor items, marketing creative, and promo requests as needed
- Adhere to Marquee Sports Network’s brand guidelines and expectations across platforms

Skills & Qualifications
- Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Prior AfterEffects / Motion Graphics experience (1-2 years preferred)
- A sports background or passion for designing in sports is a big plus
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, as well as being a team player

KUTV in Salt Lake City is seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Assistant who has strong organizational, written and oral communication skills.
This sales support role is critical in a faster paced, problem-solving sales environment. This role includes implementing marketing campaigns that include TV, OTT, Display, Video, Social Media, Email, Contesting, Paid Search, Websites, Mobile and more.
Responsibilities include :
- Input and maintain orders, including revisions due to campaign changes
- Efficiently work with the team of Marketing Consultants / Management team
- Effectively work with sales team in obtaining creative materials and generate support materials for sales presentations
- Creation of fulfillment reports / recaps, database management, and sales report maintenance
- Various administrative duties and contract / campaign management
- Other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Skilled with Microsoft Office365 including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams
- Learn to perform work using OSI, Strata, Sell CRM, Operative One, Google Analytics and Outlook
- Great attention to detail and strong organization skills are essential
- Strong analytical ability and understanding of data-driven systems
- Ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining accuracy
