Innovative Electric Inc., a Shermco company, is seeking a Journeyman Electrician for our Everett, WA location. Job Summary Innovative Electric, a Shermco Company, is seeking WA State Licensed EL01 Journeyman Electrician to work for a unique electrical contractor specializing in industrial automation, hazardous locations, and fueling systems.

Work in both the private and public sectors. Duties include :

  • Thorough understanding of the Current NEC and WAC
  • 5 years’ experience in the electrical field is preferred
  • Experience bending EMT conduit
  • PLC’s and relay logic motor controls experience a plus
  • Ability to do light mechanical work
  • Be familiar with Lockout / Tagout procedures
  • Ability to provide innovative contributions in a team environment
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to discuss technical issues
  • Self-starter able to work alone
  • Some computer skills

Our engineers work in a dynamic environment where there are no limits on personal or professional growth. Job Summary : Shermco is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to assist in the development and implementation of multiple simultaneous projects related to the Industrial and Power Industries.

Candidate would work as part of project team(s) under Project Manager(s), and working with Project Coordinator, Cost Estimators, and Scheduler / Planners. Tasks include :

  • Specification Development (Equipment Procurement, Construction Contractor, etc)
  • Vendor Coordination
  • P&ID (as applicable)
  • Design Calculations
  • Field Engineering as required

Candidate would be responsible for performing design in accordance with all local and national codes and regulations. Candidate shall be responsible for ensuring project proceeds in accordance with budget and schedule.

Project complexity will vary. Key Requirements Include :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • Preferred Certifications : Professional Engineering License

Other :

  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Must be willing to travel; minimum 40%.
