We invest in markets where families with government-backed rental vouchers are unable to find adequate housing, a shortage signalled by the number of unused vouchers (>
10% of the overall # of vouchers).
Through a repeatable and scalable process, we buy vacant homes, fix them and rent them to families in need of housing. By doing so, we turn vacancy into creditworthy income and provide quality housing for those most in need

We are expanding across the Midwestern United States, and our Data Analyst will play an important role in assembling a rapidly growing portfolio of single-family homes.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Data Analyst will oversee the company’s internal data infrastructure and analytics alongside the investment partners and asset management team.
Broad responsibilities will include :
Operate, oversee and update our data infrastructure as our business grows
Ensure the delivery of clear, concise and accurate analytic products and services
Enter data from external sources into our internal database, verifying and correcting entries as needed
Identify and implement processes to efficiently import data from external sources into our database
Drive process improvement and quality control for key deliverables
Support ad-hoc analysis, summarizing results, and identify actionable insights
Identify areas of opportunity for the team to improve quality and drive efficiencies
Identify potential pitfalls that may lead to specific project issues or data / implementation concerns
Effectively communicate roadblocks, and identify ways to mitigate risks, escalating at-risk projects to management
Ensure that best practices are followed across multiple teams
QUALIFICATIONS
Requirements :
3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or similar
Previous analytic, implementation, and / or quality assurance experience leading projects
Working knowledge of web site analytic platforms including Google Analytics, Power BI, and Tableau
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Operations Research preferred
Experience in Digital Analytics (Web, Online Advertising, Search, Social)
Must demonstrate strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of identifying significance
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn new software systems quickly
Detail-oriented, consistent, strong organizational & communication skills
Preferred Experience :
Experience at a real estate investment firm or property management company

We are seeking a team member specializing in sales, social media, and email marketing. This will be an ongoing position.
I will be working with a wedding and portrait photographer to create ideas, and campaigns, and sell prints and products to clients.
A photography background is not required, though would be extremely helpful.

One of our clients requires us to enter each final candidate into their applicant tracking system. We have a couple of lead sources that require manual entry into our CRM system.
