Office Administrator Assistant - SERVPRO Northwest Brooklyn This position will be responsible for the daily coordination and administration of general business activities for the office.

Servpro is a restoration company that assists homeowners and business owners with Water, Fire & Mold damage cleanup and restoration as well as the reconstruction. Qualifications :

• Experience in a reception duties
• Proven ability to independently execute assigned tasks with minimal oversight

• Good quantitative skill set and able to perform routine calculations if needed when associated with department functions

Job Details / Duties :

• Answer phones daily. Takedown information from caller re : the nature of the damage with empathy and patience. Complete the Notice of Loss form and provide it to the Job File Coordinator in the office for processing.
• Communicate and establish a rapport with commercial / residential customers, insurance agents and adjusters
• Support Office Manager and job file coordinator with any tasks that need immediate attention.
• Type up of estimates for clients / insurance adjuster
• Keep track of warehouse equipment inventory and placement at each job. Ensure pick-up of equipment at the end of the job.
• Complete Test Request forms for all flooring, siding, roofing, cabinets, etc. that require testing for mold and replacement
• Request COIs (certificates of insurance) as needed
• Keep Operations manager / Owner updated on production
• Follow-up on all assigned jobs ensuring that customers needs are met
• Resolve problems quickly as they arise
• Perform clerical duties such as copying, scanning, emailing, etc

Job Description : As a Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for managing and controlling all SERVPRO® warehouse related activities.

You will oversee warehouse planning and facility maintenance while following and enforcing all safety procedures on the facility and / or job site.

You will be working with skilled construction tradesmen, including trades such as electricians, carpenters, plumbers, painters, drywall installers, flooring installers, general contractors, and remodelers. Responsibilities :

• Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs
• Plan and organize materials and items in the warehouse, including inventory tasks
• Handle and execute shipping operations
• Maintain, clean and repair assets for use in the warehouse and field
• Maintain, clean and organize the warehouse, grounds, restrooms, hallways and offices as assigned
• Oversee facility maintenance
• Manage job file documentation
• Coach and train production technicians
• Ensure clear two-way communication with operations manager, production managers, office team, crew chiefs, and production technicians
• Control costs of products and supplies.
• Manage equipment, product and supplies
• Understand and utilize all safety and risk management guidelines in the warehouse, in the office, on the grounds, on a job site, and while traveling

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of warehouse management experience
• Excellent understanding of warehouse management procedures and inventory control
• Supervision and people skills
• Proficient computer skills

Construction Laborer Responsibilities :

• Construction General Labor Experienced Required·

Construction Laborer Requirements :

• Stamina to lift heavy items (50 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
• Workers must be punctual and reliable.

License / Certification :

• Driver's License (Required)
• OSHA 30 (Preferred)
• OSHA 10 (Preferred)

Compensation : $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and / or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
