Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• At least two years of building maintenance experience in a large residential / institutional setting working with special needs population required.
• Must possess good interpersonal skills.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• NYS driver’s license preferred.
• Bilingual English / Spanish speaking preferred.
