  • Answer phone calls and ensure that all calls are directed properly
  • Generate and issue badges for all visitors to the site and assist when needed for any employee badge issues
  • Ensure all personnel entering the site have proper ID and authorization
  • Create and document incident reports
  • Monitor camera’s as needed
  • Assist with various administrative duties as needed
  • Providing leadership and direction in emergencies and assisting emergency personnel in times of crisis The ideal candidate :
  • Must complete and maintain state Guard Certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications
  • Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
