Position Summary :

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a full-time Executive Assistant to join its central Administration team in South Seattle.

The successful candidate will be mission driven and will be an example-setting, dedicated professional, solution-based problem solver, knowledgeable resource, aware connector, effective communicator and community-minded advocate.

Job duties include contract management, special projects, coordination of ongoing tasks and projects, event planning, executive support, and sharing in the administrative duties of the Admin team.

Required Qualifications :

  • Excellent oral and written English, extensive experience with Microsoft Office, and strong organizational and customer service skills.

Position Summary :

Full-time Receptionist position available immediately for our Lakewood Pediatrics Clinic. Applicant must be flexible and available to work extended hours including Saturdays.

We are looking for customer service oriented candidates. Must have the ability to work with all types of people. Must present his or herself in a professional manner at all times and have good problem solving skills.

Applicant will be responsible for processing patient information. Making medical appointments, contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar, and taking messages, etc.

The ideal candidate must possess some problem-solving skills and must be able to communicate efficiently with our patients and be sensitive to their needs.

Qualifications :

  • Must demonstrate and maintain a high level of work ethic and professionalism as well as be able to multi-task and properly use basic office software.
  • Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting and medical terminology preferred. Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, Computer and typing skills are required.

25 Position Summary : Sea Mar Community Health Centers has opened a new Dental Clinic in Vancouver. We are searching for full-time Dental Receptionist.

Our Rose Village Dental Clinic will be serving adults and children of all ages. We are a mission-driven health and human services 501(c) non-profit organization serving Western Washington.

We are looking for customer service oriented candidates. The receptionist is needed to coordinate dental appointments, interpret insurance benefits, discuss financial agreements, post patient data, maintain an appropriate flow of the front office, generate dental records, assist dental provider in services to patients and facilitate the delivery of dental care.

Applicant must have basic computer knowledge, excellent verbal and written skills, and the ability to work with a diverse multi-cultural population.

Qualifications : High School diploma or GED required This position requires the ability to type 35 wpm, previous Dental Receptionist experience, customer service training, and ability to process at least 20 new patients per day.
