Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for an experienced Help Desk Specialist for our client, an exciting digital fitness company in New York City, NY !
This position can sit fully remote and has a high possibility of conversion to full-time employment after a 3 month contract!

What you will be doing :
- Providing technical support services over the phone and via remote access
- Troubleshooting and researching problems and recommending solutions to the application support teams when necessary
- Arranging procurement of replacement parts or computers from vendors
- Logging all issues with an accurate description
- Analyzing reports and identifying end user trends
What you will need :
- 2+ years of information technology experience
- Locally remote in NYC is highly preferred

Financial Analyst
has been engaged to conduct an immediate search for aFinancial Analyston behalf of our client, an established national construction company based in Chicago, IL.
As a key Finance team member, the Financial Analyst is responsible for budgeting / forecasting and providing financial and commercial support.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Directly support the Director of Internal Audit, Mergers & Acquisitions Leader, and CFO.
- Provide a thorough financial and business performance analysis across 50+ operating units.
- Review of compliance with financial policies, as well as testing of transaction processing.
- Assist Corporate Accounting with external year-end auditing.
- Develop and implement metrics, tools, processes, and reporting.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting / finance or a related field.
- Applied working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), accounting procedures, and auditing standards.
- 3-5 years of experience in accounting or auditing, preferably in construction or project accounting.
- If you don't have construction experience, our client can train in the industry if you have strong project accounting experience in other industries
- Excellent written, verbal, and relationship-building skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Self-driven and motivated with a strong outcome orientation.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and priorities.
COMPENSATION
This exciting opportunity offers the ability to impact a growing company significantly! Starting compensation includes a competitive salary of $100K-$120K DOE, plus benefits comprising an excellent work environment, free gym membership, 401K with a company match after 30 days, paid

POSITION SUMMARY :
The Digital Marketing Content Coordinator will work with the Marketing / Communications team to create and drive marketing strategies that support the organization’s goals and objectives.
This person will play a primary role in developing and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase engagement.
The ideal candidate will be a good communicator with solid analytical capabilities, tracking and reporting KPIs and analytics to the marketing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Create and implement marketing campaigns and solutions in support of the organization’s programs and initiatives.
- Understand and lead with the organization’s brand and voice to create compelling and engaging content.
- Regularly evaluate the performance of marketing and social media campaigns to identify opportunities for refinement and create presentations to report key performance metrics to the senior leadership team.
- Work with members of the team to manage the website and its content to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Work with the website contractor to schedule regular maintenance and updates. Assist with maintaining domains, SSL certificates, and other website needs.
- Oversee campaign tracking capabilities such as UTM, vanity URLs, and QRC generation to enable campaign performance tracking.
- Conduct research to stay current on digital marketing trends, best practices, and new technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS :
- 1-3 years of full-time digital communications / marketing experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
- Versed in email platforms and social media management. Familiarity with Sprout Social, Constant Contact, WordPress, and Asana a plus.
- Proven success using digital tools and Google Analytics to reach and engage with new and existing audiences.
- Written and spoken Spanish strongly preferred.
- Outstanding attention to detail, balancing priorities, and communication skills.
