SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

We are looking for custodial members that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
  • Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass / mirror / window cleaning, metal / wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
  • Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
  • Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet / room)

Qualifications

  • Custodial experience is preferred but not required
  • Passing a drug test will be required

Shift : 7 : 00PM-3 : 30AM

Compensation : Starting at $15.50-$16.00 per hour

The Marketing Account Manager in SBM's Airports Vertical strategically collaborates with some of the world’s most renowned brands to maximize SBM’s impact for organic growth while actively considering prospecting marketing to expand our client base in this vertical.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, including brand positioning, target audience segmentation including current customer strategies and prospecting strategies, and external and marketing channel selection.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including vertical leaders, to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's vision and messaging.
  • Facilitate communication between vertical leaders and the marketing team to ensure all initiatives are fully supported.
  • Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the company's target audiences, identifying the angle and client-specific value of the story.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional marketing services or products to existing clients, enhancing their overall marketing impact.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital assets, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
  • Collaborate with operations and other teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Engage with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and tailor marketing strategies to meet those needs.
  • Monitor industry developments, consumer insights, and market trends to proactively identify opportunities for growth and adaptation.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and plans, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and translate it into actionable marketing plans and strategies.
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Understanding of emerging marketing techniques and technologies
  • Strong storytelling and experience in pitching stories to editors and different media outlets
  • Strong client-facing ability with consultative skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
