SBM Management is looking for a Custodian to help them shine! We are searching for a hardworking dependable individual to join the team as our company continues to grow! We have an immediate opening for a custodian that wants to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
We are looking for custodial members that have strong customer service skills and can work successfully with other team members.

Responsibilities
- Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting)
- Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass / mirror / window cleaning, metal / wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies)
- Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas)
- Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet / room)
Qualifications
- Custodial experience is preferred but not required
- Passing a drug test will be required
Shift : 7 : 00PM-3 : 30AM
Compensation : Starting at $15.50-$16.00 per hour

Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives, including brand positioning, target audience segmentation including current customer strategies and prospecting strategies, and external and marketing channel selection.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including vertical leaders, to ensure all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company's vision and messaging.
- Facilitate communication between vertical leaders and the marketing team to ensure all initiatives are fully supported.
- Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the company's target audiences, identifying the angle and client-specific value of the story.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional marketing services or products to existing clients, enhancing their overall marketing impact.
- Oversee the development and implementation of marketing collateral, advertising materials, and digital assets, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
- Collaborate with operations and other teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Engage with clients in a consultative manner to understand their needs and tailor marketing strategies to meet those needs.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 8+ years’ experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and plans, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market research data and translate it into actionable marketing plans and strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Understanding of emerging marketing techniques and technologies
- Strong storytelling and experience in pitching stories to editors and different media outlets
- Strong client-facing ability with consultative skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
