Dishwasher Four On-Call positions Dishwasher Overview : As a leading senior services and healthcare organization in Northern California, we provide a continuum of care and social services to enable seniors to age well and live their lives to the fullest.
The dishwasher’s responsibility is to wash dishes, utensils, and cookware. Additionally, they assist the cook(s) with food preparation and kitchen cleaning as requested.
What you’ll do as a Dishwasher : Clear dishes from tables during and after meal service. Wash dishes, utensils, and cookware following established procedures.
Assist the cook(s) with food preparation as requested. Assist in performing cleaning tasks as needed in the kitchen. Assist the cook(s) in properly labeling, covering, and storing unused food after each meal.

Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English. Experience in a similar work setting, preferably in a hospital, nursing facility, or school.
Ability to regularly lift up to 20 pounds consistently; occasionally lift over 30 pounds, and spend long periods of time on your feet.
