SAIC is seeking a Logistics Manager to support the Space Systems Command (SSC) Innovation and Prototyping Directorate through the Engineering, Development, Integration, and Sustainment (EDIS) contract.

We work with SSC to modernize satellite ground systems for United States Space Force (USSF) operations, research and development and demonstration missions to develop, deploy, modernize, and expand the EDIS program and its customers.

Primary duties are :

• Oversee logistics related tasks for the program at multiple locations. Tasks include asset management, budgeting, software management, material management, material disposition, information management and transportation.

We are looking for Part-time, Remote Pilot Operator (RPO) candidates to join the SAIC Controller Training Solutions (CTS) team at the Newark ATCT (EWR) in Newark, NJ , supporting air traffic controller training services for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Job Description :

The RPO plays the role of the pilot and other controllers in the Air Traffic Controller training simulator. The RPO operates a combination of a simulated radar display and voice communication system to simulate the actions and communication of pilots and remote ATC facilities during medium and high-fidelity training exercises.

RPOs receive voice commands from students, input proper entries into the automated system to simulate pilot actions, translate displayed information into appropriate ATC terminology, and respond to the student via the VCS utilizing proper phraseology.

The candidate will be required to complete the following certifications : Classroom (pass test on airspace and procedures) and Lab (perform as a Remote Pilot Operator on all positions).

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is responsible for ensuring that air traffic control specialists provide the flying public with a high level of safety and professionalism.

A well-trained Air Traffic Control (ATC) workforce plays an essential role in fulfilling this responsibility. The FAA employs more than 14,000 air traffic controllers.

They work in air traffic facilities of varying sizes, safely separating more than 50,000 aircraft in the National Airspace System (NAS) each day.

To provide such air traffic services, the FAA trains new air traffic control specialists and provides recurrent training to current air traffic control specialists.

• Inspects incoming material for conformity to packing slips / purchase orders.

SAIC is seeking a Principal Security Control Assessor that will possess a thorough understanding in a wide range of security tools, techniques and procedures, including the following efforts :

• Identifies cybersecurity vulnerabilities in DOD's NC3 systems and networking assets; determines mission risk and consults with and develops technical recommendations for CC / S / A owners on measures for mitigating cybersecurity risks ensuring delivery of a viable and robust NC3 cybersecurity posture.
• Reviews and evaluates NC3 security reports for cybersecurity issues; develops new methods and techniques to ensure actions are taken to correct and / or mitigate issues on DoD NC3 systems.
• Provides NC3 systems cybersecurity briefings, analysis, and recommendations for implementation to senior leaders as required.
• Analyze NC3 system cybersecurity assessments and findings, de-conflict, and normalize recommendations to senior leaders based upon assessment activities and results sought from varied venues.

Provide summary of assessments within 2 days, highlighting newly identified vulnerabilities.

• Drafts, coordinates, and presents mission risk to NC3 missions IAW DoDI 8510.01. Assessments and products will be completed IAW SI 311-02 and will normally be technically accurate and include the most current information available.
• Researches, interprets, and analyzes broad guidance from Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff (CJCS), Department of Defense (DOD), and other national regulations, policies, and guidelines

Experience in RMF process across the Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and Intelligence cybersecurity communities

Experience creating Plan of Action & Milestones to meet RMF controls, familiarity with eMASS tool, reviewing security artifacts, etc. ,

Three-year' experience as Cybersecurity Analyst on DOD projects and / or systems of similar scope.

DoD-M 8570.1-M certified at all times, with new hires taking no more than 6 months to obtain the relevant certification

Desired Qualifications

One year of experience working with SharePoint and website management, Microsoft Excel experience

Description

SAIC is looking for a Senior Environmental Engineer in Arlington, VA. Hybrid remote role.

• Provide on-site support for OPNAV N4I efforts relative to the continued evaluation and completion of the Programming Review cycle in support of the current POM.
• Assist in the update and continued use of the OPNAV N4I Installations assessment by preparing presentations, charts, exhibits, and reports pertaining to resource data used for program, project, and other management analyses and reviews.
• Support funding analysis by running queries and summary reports of financial and requirement data in Program Budget Information System (PBIS) and EPRWeb.
• Support global database changes and archive data history files upon completion of each budget cycle and design queries and reports for specialized sorts of data export in Excel.
• Review, analyze, draft recommendations, provide rationale for recommendations, and provide corporate management support.
• Prepare strategic plans, functional manuals, and assisting N4I subject matter experts with monitoring programs, people, events, and activities that could affect Navy installations and provide recommendations to improve N4I's management oversight activities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience;

Degrees in Engineering; Environmental; Business; or related fields.

Interim Secret clearance with ability to get Secret

• Staff Officer support for senior leaders.
• Tasker Management for Headquarters level organization.

• DoD POM Experience.
