Desired Qualifications :
- One (1) to Two (2) or more years of experience in a similar role preferred
- VIP, Front Desk, Hotel experience required
- Previous experience in a high-end luxury Gaming or Hospitality environment is desired
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Must have the ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal forms

Job Description :
Provide a supreme level of guest service, while proactively assessing each guest needs and adhering to all company and department policies and procedures.
The job functions are (but not limited to) assisting guest via phone regarding luggage needs, guest inquiries, and transportation assistance.

Hotel Operations Manager
Manages the Hotel operations ensuring that guest satisfaction exceeds expectations through providing a dynamic atmosphere and experience, while delivering profitable results to owners and investors
Job Focus :

- Plan, organize, facilitate, attend and / or participate in various hotel and departmental meetings
- Ensure compliance of brand standards, operating procedures and policies
- Determines the direction, support, training and tools by being a consistent relationship builder to ensure the sense of empowerment necessary to provide win / win decisions for any internal / external customer challenges that may arise
- Directs all activities of the Front Office and communicates with other departments to ensure complete guest and associate satisfaction
- Mentor and assist the FD Agents with guests checking in and checking out of the hotel, provide information about the property and city, upselling the property’s enhanced services, all while proactively anticipating the guest’s needs
- Attends bimonthly management lobby / hotel functions
- Monitors and reviews guest comments via the Pulse Report to identify areas for improvement and shares with staff to assist in improving guest satisfaction, guest relations and guest loyalty scores and responds directly to guest as necessary
- Ensure Front Office efficiencies and service levels through scheduling and monitoring staffing levels
- Monitors availability and occupancy on a daily basis and constantly communicates with revenue manager to resolve any challenging issues
- Complete and issue employee evaluations upon approval of the Director of Hotel Operations
- Ensures all No-Show charges are accurate and properly posted
- Participates in Fire Safety and Loss Prevention programs
Desired Qualifications :
- Minimum 2-5 years of prior luxury hotel management experience in a Front Office leadership role for a similar Hotel / Resort
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel / Resort Management or Business is preferred
- Knowledge and experience with Opera is strongly preferred

- Maintains and or repairs drywall, painting, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC&R, electrical, kitchen equipment, commercial swimming pools, fan coils units, VAV’s, AHU’s, chillers, pumps, boilers, cooling towers and energy management systems
- Troubleshoots and repairs mechanical / electrical equipment ranging from heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, refrigeration equipment
- Troubleshoots electrical systems, motor controls, lighting dimming systems and UPS systems
- Responds to Fire life safety system alarm notifications
- Reads and understands blueprints
- Maintains a property wide clean and safe work area
- Relocates table games, slot machines according to floor layout and surveillance requirements

The Public Area Casino Porter cleans and services assigned area(s) according to standards of cleanliness set by management to ensure a clean, comfortable, safe and attractive environment for our guests.

- Continuously maintain the cleanliness sanitization of all public area restrooms
- General; Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, polish of all assigned areas

- Periodically check OOS / OOO rooms in accordance with hotel procedures and verify status.
Mark" dirty sheets of randomly selected assigned rooms and follow up to ensure Room Attendants have changed bed sheets.
- Counsel Room Attendants on any discrepancies.
- Address, create and administer employee action notices
- Ensure that cleanliness and condition of each area meets designated standards.
- Directly contact respective personnel and relay any deficiencies to be corrected.
- Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.

- Greeting guests, answering questions and being an informational resource regarding guest inquiries regarding rooms, restaurants and entertainment
- Marketing and recruiting new guests to property and establishing and maintaining a professional relationship with repeat guests

- Accurately maintain a Cash Pouch involving Company funds
