- Promptly seeks clarification and / or management input, if Client concern, objective, or correct course of action is unclear.
- Upon completion of repair, verifies that the concern has been resolved; communicates clearly the cause and all steps taken to correct the concern.
- Consistently and actively maintains solid working knowledge of, and ensures documentation and procedures comply with, Company, Manufacturer, local, state, and federal policies, procedures and regulations, which pertain to the sale and service of new and pre-owned vehicles;
consistently demonstrates passion for continued learning regarding brand-specific knowledge.
Consistently, effectively, and efficiently locates, reads, analyzes, interprets, understands, and successfully performs work based upon complex technical documents.
Effectively and Efficiently Achieves Proficiency Rate
- Consistently participates in determination of personal performance targets; sets challenging goals.
- Organizes work and work tools to minimize damage and / or loss.
- Required to successfully pass and remain current on all certification testing.
Qualifications
- Required : H.S. Diploma / GED / or Equivalent
- Desired : Trade school or 2 year Degree in automotive or related field, or equivalent of 1 years’ experience in same / similar position.
- Required : Current California Driver License with satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.

- Receives, sorts, and routes mail; maintains and routes publications.
- Maintains fax machines, assists users, sends faxes, and retrieves and routes incoming faxes; creates / prints fax cover sheets, memos, correspondence, reports, other documents, when necessary.
- Effectively and efficiently manages office supply inventory, performs other clerical duties as needed, such as, but not limited to, scanning, filing, driver license, data entry, photocopying, and collating.

- Immediately communicates with management, when a Client concern or situation arises.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent; one (1) years’ related and progressively responsible experience preferred; Auto Retailer background would be a plus.

- Current California Driver License with clean Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
