Role

The Medical Assistant will assist physicians with exams and procedures as requested; administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, as delegated by RN or physician.

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians with exams and procedures as requested; administer subcutaneous and intramuscular injections, as delegated by RN or physician.
• Escort patients to and from exam rooms, physician offices, and treatment room as appropriate.
• Obtain all necessary patient records and vitals as required by physician prior to treatment or procedures.
• Perform other administrative duties, i.E. Data entry, filing, faxing, chart preparation, reception, etc., as requested by supervisor or physician.
• Phone in prescriptions and make other patient calls as directed by physicians and RN’ s, triage patient phone calls.
• Prepare and stock exam / treatment rooms and order supplies as needed; maintain all exam / treatment room disinfection protocols.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate of graduation from an accredited program for Medical Assistants.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 3 months of hire.

Fabricator / Welders with 3-5 years experience preferred. Job site is in Marana. Must have reliable transportation. Will be working in two different locations in Marana.

• Knowlege in MIG and / or TIG welding
• Ability to accurately read and interpret shop drawings, architectural plans, weld symbols, and structural drawings
• Practical experience with equipment and plan layout, assembly, cutting, and welding, and knowledge of geometry, physical properties of metal machining, weld shrinkage, and welding techniques
• Practical knowledge and use of common shop equipment and tools
• Fabricate assemblies from provided information and materials
• Dependable and possesses good time management skills
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Day Shift M-F. Overtime on Saturdays.

Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to : • Provides experience on failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations.

149; Provides technical expertise to plant personnel on troubleshooting failures, repairs, and evaluating whether equipment is designed to meet its intended or existing service conditions.

149; During repairs ensure that repair details such as wiring, components, materials of construction, correct technology, etc are provided and documented.

Provide technical support as needed. • Ensures repair techniques, repair procedures, and equipment specific training are documented and made available.

149; Provide technical support for specification, identification and purchasing of needed parts. • Provides maintainability input to improvement activities.

149; Engages external service providers and serves as site focal point for all power distribution troubleshooting, repairs, and expansion needs.

149; Site subject matter expert on variable frequency drive (VFD) maintenance, programming, spare strategy, and troubleshooting.

149; As appropriate and required, reviews spare parts list for existing equipment and works with MRO to ensure parts are identified, added and stocked in the MRO system in support of the maintenance strategy.

149; Develops maintenance procedures based on Most Effective Technology (MET). • Engages capital project teams to support identifying MET.

Serves as owner of site electrical one line diagrams and ensures master copies are kept updated. • Participates with Reliability Engineer in developing the equipment maintenance strategy by providing technical and historical information.

149; Serves as a technical resource to the planner on work packages. • Evaluates Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) activities and determines appropriate action.

149; Serves as the site electrical focal point and serves as the site electrical safety lead. Leader of electrical hazard audits for the site.

149; Ensures that electrical contract services are following code book. Provides input to Contract Maintenance Coordinator on efficient use of contract electrical resources.

149; Supports Maintenance Procedure Use : • Performs technical reviews of procedures • Serves as a technical resource during procedure creation and review.

• 149; Creates / develops / changes / updates job procedures and checklists, and initiates procedure MOC’ s. •
• Actively participate in and accept all Safety, Health and Environmental responsibilities. • Work with peers in a team-oriented environment •
• Actively participate in a safe and respectful work environment • Continuously learn and enhance job skills as well as teaching others to enhance their skills •

Maintains an electrical master license. • Develops maintenance operating discipline. • During development of turnaround work provides input on development of work scope particularly on critical equipment.
